Fantastic facility, everything you need to have a fantastic stay. Owner very accommodating and even arrange taxi. Bst B&B we ever stayed at and have everything that you might need. Location fantasties and only one street away from the main Chanel where everything happens. Will definitely go again.

Spacious room with very nice renovations. The location is perfect for access to the city and train. Nice coffee and refreshments in the fridge. Bed super comfortable and bathroom spacious.

Clean good beds, nice apartment, bathroom very modern and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Was cool to be in even in the warm weather.

Incredible location and amenities, hosts were very respectful and quick to respond to any questions. Very useful booklet outlining instructions for certain appliances.

Great experience start to finish. Lovely quiet location but close enough to everything. Art was super accommodating with a late check out when I had a work call run on in to the afternoon. Good WiFi and a great big table that doubled as a desk for 2 😀

The bathroom is through the bedroom so that could be a bit tricky if you were using the sofa bed. No microwave, but theres so many nice places to eat it didnt matter for a long weekend.

* Perfect accommodations: full kitchen, dishwasher, Nespresso machine with pods, complimentary soft drinks and wine, living room area, separate bedroom, jacuzzi, shower, spacious, good lighting. Ideal home away from home. * Surrounding area is quiet. * Within walking distance to heart of Utrecht, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, bus stop, etc. * Host was very quick to respond to my many emails prior to arriving. Upon arrival, host greeted us and showed us around the apartment. After that, communication was done via texts and emails, ensuring our privacy of space. We didn't see anyone else in the building during our entire stay. Apartment is on the ground level.

It was very nicely decorated and Art was very kind.

Art is a perfect host: he replied quickly at every question or information request and received us very gentle and proactive. The specificity of the apartament is the attention paid to details. The location is ideal, in a quiet area, but very close to city center or cultural objectives. Very intimate and friendly, with old in good taste and harmony with new.

The jacuzzi instalation must be verified because a smell is issued when the function is activated.

The owners are fantastic hosts. The location of the B&B is very central and in a quiet part of the old town. The apartment is very cozy, clean and very well equipped. Coffee, chilled drinks as well as wine had been provided to us free of charge. The town is definitely to be recommended with its charm, architecture as well as the many restaurants. We felt very comfortable and will definitely return.

The apartment was spacious, very nicely furnished, all amenities were there. The location is excellent, and the host very helpful and kind.

Very comfortable bedding indeed! Excellent variety of coffee, chocolate and teas and biscuits were provided with the option of no breakfast. Shower flow was very powerful. Plenty of towels to change. Art gave us all information we needed.

Be careful with your glasses as there is a sliding side of the charming old table. A washing machine would be useful for a longer stay. The alarm system was good as it rang once when a pan was boiling water over the hob. We just opened the front door and the steam dispersed. Restaurant across the road was good.

Super nice location and friendly owners. Highly recommended.
