The location is good and the rooms are large

The windows were bad and not insulated, which caused noise from the street and from a project under construction nearby. The receptionist tried to get 900 riyals to move me to a room that was less noisy, but I refused. For the first time in my life, I saw rubber earplugs on the hotel room bed so that I could sleep.

The location was good and the main reason why I chose this place. The room was spacious. The staff was accommodating but their English abilities were to be improved. The bathroom was clean and the amenities were replaced daily. They have a very nice gym with a lot of equipment that looks very new and in fair condition. Unfortunately, I did not use it. The room service was prompt and the quality of food was decent, albeit the choices were very limited.

The room has small windows completely blind, so there was no natural light at all in the room. The lighting was also not nice making the room very uncomfortable. The window in the bedroom was broken and they were unable to fix it so when there was wind it became opened getting all the dust and noise coming in. The carpet was very dirty and dusty. As the whole room was carpeted I had allergies while in the room. The light switchers were away from the bed and the outlets were far away from the desks which was odd on the usage while working. The TV is not smart, thus you cannot link your computer or phone to watch your shows. You have to go with very basic local TV channels with poor quality and choices. The bed was soft (which is not good for me) and the pillows were super hard and high. Not even the "medical" pillow, which was a simple foam pillow a bit softer, worked for me.
