This house was everything I expected and more. The pictures don't do it justice. It is beautiful, spacious and has all the conveniences you might need.The house is very clean and well maintained. The pool is large and beautiful. There is something for everyone to do in the absolutely beautifully landscaped yard. The kids and grandkids had a great time playing the many games in the yard. We loved this house and are already talking about coming back!

"This home is spacious and lovely. The yard is the highlight of the home, and it did not disappoint. We got the pool heated, which I highly recommend, and there was enough dining space for everyone. We also asked for recommendations for local catering for dinner one night, and it turned out to be great! We had four families with kids and it turned out to be great. Highly recommend."

"The house was absolutely perfect!! Location was A+ and walking distance to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens. The backyard is beautiful and has such a nice pool and volleyball area. Jenn was outstanding to deal with and helped us with everything. Will def stay again Thanks Cody :)"

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. Communication was stellar throughout and the home is just as described, well maintained, and packed full of great amenities. If you are deciding between a few properties in this price range, do not hesitate taking the leap on this one, you won’t regret it!

"We really enjoyed staying at Jen's place. We booked it for my dads 90th birthday. It was a great spot to all get together and celebrate. The yard was our groups favorite. We had fun playing volleyball and using the pool and jacuzzi. Thanks for the great family memories."

I stayed at Delaware with my family to celebrate my parent's wedding EXTREMELY CLEAN! All of the beds were made beautifully with all white linen and pillows. The bathrooms were spotless and had all of the toiletries we needed as well as plenty of fresh white towels for everyone. The backyard was stunning! We had so much fun playing volleyball, bocce ball, mini golf and hanging out in the hammocks. The pool is HUGE and was at just the perfect temperature. We enjoyed several meals in the beautiful covered patio as well as the indoor dining table. There are so many things to do at this property! Overall we give The Delaware Estate 1000/10, the service we received from TRAVLR was outstanding and we cannot wait to book our next getaway with them!

"Stayed here for a weekend with a group of 13. The house was spacious enough for all of us with plenty of space in the backyard. Due to inclement weather, we didn't get a chance to use much of the backyard, but under "normal" weather circumstances, it is phenomenal. Thanks, Jen!"

"The house was perfectly sized for the group of people we had. It was very spacious and very clean. There was everything we needed in the house from towels, pillows, laundry detergent, and almost all cooking materials you may need. There was also plenty of outdoor activities you can do. The backyard was just breath taking. Jen was extremely responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I would definitely come back here with my friends and family."

The outdoor space is wonderful for children and adults. Bedrooms are comfortable, but platform bed is a nuisance. Only real complaint is that sound travels from end to end and the kitchen could use a refresh of some tools and arrangement.

My friends and family throughly enjoyed our stay at the Delaware Estate! The estate is spacious and luxurious. We had plenty of room to accommodate everyone, including parking. We utilized just about every feature of the estate from ping pong table to pool and volleyball court to gas grill! We cooked, we drank, we played, we relaxed by the fire pit!
100% would stay again!

Huge backyard and so many activities: ping pong, pool table, bocce, putting green, sand volleyball court, fire pit, and of course the main event is the huge pool and perfectly situated jacuzzi. BOOK THIS BEAUTIFUL, FUN-FILLED HOME!
We had all our adult kids, and a few married ones. We were celebrating a week's worth of wedding festivities for one of them. It was PERFECT. Brought us all together, things to do for everyone. The house was impeccably spotless, perfect for large families. The location is close to everything. You cannot go wrong renting this place. We made a lot of memories and we still are reminiscing about them. The photos are exactly as the how looks. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this home! Thank you for giving us so many memories.

The home was clean and inviting. The backyard was just insanely entertaining! We spent hourssss out there and still feel like we wanted more time. The host was also very helpful prior to our trip in helping us with certain plans we were looking to make (i.e. private chef, restaurants, activities etc.) and they were very responsive & quick! We had a few leaves and things in the pool and asked for it to be clean and they were cleaning the pool within MINUTES! It was crazy, lol! But overall if your having a large family vacation or trip with friends this is the home to book!”

Our expectations were exceeded because not only was the property beautiful and chock full of fun "toys," it was remarkably well appointed in terms of kitchen supplies, which is important to us, a family who likes to cook. The managers were also extremely responsive and solicitous of our comfort.
