The staff was absolutely amazing, our room was amazing, the view from our room was amazing and everything else about this hotel is amazing. It was my girlfriends birthday and they did absolutely everything to make our stay special. The cocktails were amazing, the dining area was so incredible nice, the food was one of the best you can get at hotels and the room was dreamy. We will definitely come back as often as we can!

Het hotel is een mooie moderne verschijning op 2 minuten lopen afstand van de Geysir. De lobby is erg ruim opgezet en de architect heeft hier echt zijn best gedaan. De kamers zijn modern en ruim. De douche heeft een fantastisch krachtige straal.
Enige twee minpuntjes is dat er geen koeling is en er geen raam te openen is en onze kamer redelijk warm was en dat het hotel over redelijk veel kamers met 2 eenpersoons bedden beschikt. Bij boekingen via booking.com krijg je die willekeurig toegewezen.

Die Lage am Geysir war super. Die Betten war groß und bequem
Zimmerbeleuchtung nicht ausreichend, sehr dunkel, besonders im Bad.
Lage 1. OG wenig Aussicht wir konnten ins 2. OG umziehen. Guter Ausblick hier.

El mejor hotel de nuestra ruta de 13 días por Islandia, camas muy cómodas, ropa de cama de calidad y suave, buen desayuno, sitio encantador, decorado con mucho gusto, personal muy amable.

Todo perfecto, si vuelvo me alojaría aquí.

Beautiful spacious rooms. Excellent bathroom. Excellent location for walking over to the geysir in the evening when it's quiet.

Very comfortable Hotel, very well appointed within easy walk of Geysir & Strokkur. Superb breakfast and very nice restaurant. Adjacent to the tourist centre which has a cafe style restaurant too. Rooms were very comfortable and a good size with lovey bay windows with a window seat.
The incessent foyer music was quite annoying, a little too loud for background music which can be ignored. Also, and I know I'm probably an exception here, but I am not comfortable with over attentive staff. This was a little too much in the restaurant for my taste.

The hotel itself is gorgeous, the rooms are amazing -clean, spacious, very comfortable. The location is great as you just walk across the street to the geysers. The food was outstanding.
For the price, it is concerning that there is not someone at the front desk (nobody answered our calls to the front desk or for room service over our entire stay and there was nobody to check us in or out -they sent us an email to self check-in which is ridiculous).

Everything was very nice - room size, shower, staff, location, bed etc. We especially enjoy the handsoap and other toiletries - which can also be bought from the Geysir Centre just right next to the hotel.
Restaurant Geysir was very good too. The staff helped us pick an Icelandic signature drinks Bláfell which we enjoyed so much. The apple cake was spectacular!

Excellent hotel. Luxury environment . The standard room was very good and the junior suite was amazing.
The dinner was excellent: food, wine and the service.
The hotel experience was definitely 10/10.
We didn't get an extra bed to the standard room even though we need to book a quite expensive junior suite. In my opinion, the standard room is big enough to have an extra bed. My wish for the hotel is to think about that limitation again.

Incredible location. Beautiful hotel- restaurant also very nice! My favorite part was the little alcove in the room where I could sit and drink coffee. And there was a Nespresso (like) machine in the room! Nice touch. Excellent included breakfast.
Nothing! Coming from an area in the US where everyone has air conditioning, we were a little warm when we first entered the room (was nearly 70 that day!) but we were able to open a window and get an excellent breeze.

Breakfast was delicious; very extensive buffet with lots of choices in a most beautiful restaurant with view of hot springs and geysers. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, by far the most comfortable in all of our trip to Iceland. Room was very quiet, extremely large and modern bathroom.
A little difficulty figuring out the steam heating system and getting the temperature regulated. Shower controls also somewhat hard to figure out as they are very modern and unfamiliar.
