Great location, free parking, beautiful apartment

Judith, the host, is incredibly responsive. I messaged her the day before asking whether we could check in early and she was not only able to accommodate us (I wouldn't have held it against her if she couldn't) but she responded so quickly. She was consistently easily reachable. Their is a parking lot behind the building where you can park for free which is perfect since you are located in downtown Reykjavik and parking is tight and usually will cost you in that section of town. The apartments were a very nice size with bedroom, bathroom, your own laundry room and a kitchen/dining area and living space. We spent the last 3 days of our 10 day trip in Iceland here and it was the perfect place to relax, spread out and do our laundry to go home with clean clothes. Lots of light from the windows makes it a very cheery place. There are shades to pull down for privacy since you are on one of the main downtown streets. Within walking distance of downtown sights, restaurants, shops. Finally, I asked if we could check out at 12 instead of 11 and again Judith was able to accommodate our request.

The beds were a little on the soft side. There can be noise coming from the street, but I don't think you can avoid that if you want to be downtown.

Location was exceptional on one of the best streets in the city. Free parking was easily accessible.

Checkin was easy and the host was friendly. The apartment was quite spacious with very good facilities including a full kitchen plus washing machine and dryer. Parking was free and easy. The location was fantastic. It's on the main street so walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.

We had a major issue with the thermostat on the first night (it was broken) and the apartment was unbearably hot. The host came over the next morning and had it rectified. While it was disappointing, we were impressed with the rapid response and friendliness.

Perfect location, in Reykjavik for the city. With parking and easy access to the surrounding area. The apartment had everything we needed and was beautifully warm.

centrally located right on the Main Street, clean and comfortable. price is competitive for Reykjavík.

Friendly host, well presented apartment, excellent location with full amenities including washing machine/tumbledrier. It also had free parking. Apartment was very comfortable and spacious.

- Judith was a very helpful host, replying quickly at every single question. - location is perfect! - apartment is spacey, well equipped and furnished - there are all the washing powder and tabs for dishwasher.

- the door to balcony can’t be closed properly and there is cold air coming in.

one of the best stays ever! thanks a lot to host Judith for her kind help and gesture for any matters (check-in, checkout, amenities or event extension to stay). We reached late at night and check-in was so smooth as per the instruction. The apartment was clean and its as per the photos. Location is 10/10 and near by to main shopping streets and attractions and all the pickup points for any tours (1 min walk)

Everything was fantastic! Location, space, absolutely everything was superb about this apartment. Judith was a pleasure to speak with and was so amazing.

Stayed here before the snow hit Iceland. Judith was super helpful and friendly from check in to check out. Our plans got disrupted due to the weather and Judith went over and above to help us. The apartment is in the perfect location and has free parking round the back. The place is spacious and has everything you need during your stay in Reykjavik! Can’t recommend Judith and this place enough!

I couldn't figure out how to use the TV as there were two remote controls, one for the TV box. It will be good if there are some simple written instructions.

The host was very friendly. Very nice apartment with good amenities. Perfect location! In walking distance of all attractions in Reykjavik.

Perfect location, very cozy and clean!

Was only provided with 2 bath towels and no other towels. Dryer doesn’t work, and heater was confusing. Instructions for check in & check out were poorly communicated

The location! Easy parking and cleanliness! We walked to wherever we wanted to explore within Reyjavik city from where our stay was. The stay and kitchen was well equipped with what we needed for a 2 nights. The host was also welcoming upon our arrival and facilitated a seamless check in and check out process despite our late evening arrival.

It was a big apartment on the shopping street. Location was very good, markets nearby. There was dishwasher and comfy bathroom. Balcony was to the street.

Pans and pots could be updated

We liked the location and facilities available in the apartment.

Some minor deficiencies like molds in the bathroom, outdated iron (should be replaced to a newer, more performant one) and lack of sharp knives. However these are readily fixable.
