This property was a perfect family getaway. It was located on a secluded area of the key for a perfect relaxing stay. We were able to park our boat in the canal for easy access to all the local sandbars and beaches. The pool was great for lazy days in the sun. The location is terrific, but the house is icing on the cake. It was spacious and allowed for us to accommodate family with there own areas for privacy. We were able to enjoy family dinners at home or take a 5-10 minutes drive to some of the best cuisine you’ll ever taste. The house is super clean, comfy beds, and huge bathrooms. It has so many different spaces to gather or lay back to engulf yourself in a book. It was absolute perfection. It’s situated close to the best restaurants, most beautiful beaches, nearby shopping, and has a wonderful view of downtown. 10/10

This is our second time staying in this beautiful home and we just love it! The house is fantastic, the location is ideal and MJ is so wonderful to work with. We saw daily dolphins and enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. This has been our favorite vacation rental and we plan to book again next summer!

We stayed at this residence with another couple and their children, totaling 10 people in the home. My husband grew up in Sarasota. His high school friend, who is also a medical professional in Sarasota, came by with his girlfriend to pick up the extra groceries from our stay, the day we were departing. The property manager assumed that they were from out of town and informed the owners that they were guests who stayed with us the entire week. She did not ask for any clarifications from us on the day of the departure. When we informed the owners of the truth after noting a grand addition to our bill, and an onslaught of further false allegations followed from the property manager, all of which the owners have taken to heart. The owners never confirmed the alleged damages in person. The incident which set off the manager was the garbage. We called the cleaning service to come and collect the trash that had been strewn about the driveway from the prior tenants. There were two garbage cans, however, the black garbage bags had been ripped and rummaged through by animals. Lisa apparently was upset that she had to take care of this necessary matter. Then, the false allegations followed after our departure, none of which the manager pointed out to us in before we left. She was in the house for an hour the morning of the departure: 1- We had tobacco in the home— no one in the home partakes in chewing tobacco or smoking cigarettes. 2- We left glass in the bottom of the pool—which again, we are sticklers about this due to our small children being in the pool. 3- We ripped an outdoor cushion-- no one ever sat on the cushions because when we arrived the cushions were moldy and we were disappointed in the condition of the outdoor furniture. The manager on the day of the arrival had actually lifted up the cushion from a large lounger and showed us the mold. She had also informed us that the furniture top was damaged from a tree branch which had fallen. Part of a Florida experience is lounging on furniture with nice cushions by the poolside. 4- We broke the elevator—which we never used except for on the day we arrived. We used it by the direction of the property manager to transport our luggage to the third floor.

Beautiful waterfront home! My family and I truly enjoyed our vacation here. Amazing views of the Sarasota Bay and the house has everything you could possibly need. MJ was a great host and addressed all of our needs during our stay.

Wonderful location with dolphins and manatees right outside the house. We enjoyed our family and the home. Very unique fabulous Italian style home. Great communication with owner and willing to help with any questions. We would absolutely stay there again.

This house and property are so beautiful and has everything you need for a Siesta Key/Sarasota vacation. The property Manager Lisa and owners are great to deal with. The beds are so comfy, the furnishings beautiful and the house is equipped with all you need and more! The best rental we have ever had in Florida hands down! The dolphins are an added bonus :)

This is a gorgeous property inside and out. The owners have created an atmosphere of high style yet it lends itself to easy relaxing in the various verandas and living rooms. Great location for exploring surrounding sights. High traffic to beach on weekends but all else pretty perfect!

I highly recommend this property. The house was geogeous, the neighborhood was beautiful, and the views were magnificent. MJ and her husband are great hosts and are easy to get a hold of. Thank you, we had a great time.

Gorgeous waterfront home! We enjoyed a wonderful family vacation here. The house has everything you could possibly need and MJ was in constant communication with us. We rented a boat and the location was perfect for docking and ease onto the bay. Highly recommend!!

This was our destination for a yearly trip we do with 3 other couples. The house was absolutely gorgeous and had more than enough room to accommodate the 8 of us. Our favorite part was the dolphin and manatee that would frequent the canal. Without question I would highly recommend not only the house but also the hosts who were quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you MJ!!

This place is divine. Such a majestic place to stay. We got married in the area and had our family and friends stay with us here. They have EVERYTHING you need. Only thing I would say is I’m not sure how often the pool gets cleaned, as the check in person said they were supposed to come on Tuesday, but we didn’t see them. We were there for a week and if that’s the only issue we had, we are so happy to have stayed. MJ was lovely communicating and we couldn’t be more happier. Thank you so much! Def choose this place, it’s a DREAM.

The house is located close to beaches, shopping and downtown Sarasota. We enjoyed the very clean and well equipped house. We even saw dolphins in the canal from the house. The pool and garden is awesome! We had a great stay and will come back.

I can’t say enough about this house!! It was truly amazing and MJ was a pleasure to work with. The pictures of this house are spot on. It is a beautiful home with so many amenities! We saw dolphins daily! They stayed some evenings for 4-5 hours and were so playful. It was awesome!! We fished off the dock daily and the pool was fantastic! The beds were so comfortable and the living space was perfect for our family and extended family. We were so sad when it was time to leave, but we will definitely stay in this house again!
