I like how hospitable for the staff to swap my smelly pillow as they should, and hair dryer availability. Good location with laundry service available (clean and dry). My first dirty and bad room was swapped with a decent one, as it should be.

The problem with this place is cockroaches in the room and rats in the ceiling crawling around making disruptive noises. I saw they put a mousetrap DIY, but should have used professional pest control team instead. Pillow given to me was smelly as heck, told receptionist to swap the first time and it wasn't swapped until i asked the second time, same goes with water boiler and hairdryer where i asked them to send into my room. Hence, communication is problem here in between staff, need to ask twice. I was given a bad room at first with dirty, smelly, and dripping aircond, then i asked to be swapped room.

The place is actually close to the city center and accessible to all tourist spots in Kuala Lumpur. It's just a few meters away from Berjaya Times Square where you can find the Buses Heading to Singapore if you wanna you have some side-tripping.

Bowl's flush is not working properly. But still manageable anyway.

Air-conditioning is quiet and cold. Housekeeping is alright.

At night, when the lights are switched off, one can hear big rats scampering on the ceiling boards, although they can't get inside the room. There are no clothes hangers provided.

I liked this hostel for its accessible location, surrounding restaurants and stores, laundry service, friendly staff, affordable rates.

I just didn't like the toilet and shower room. It is clean but it gets real wet everywhere as the shower is right by the door/entrance. The layout is reverse with the toilet bowl in the inner corner.

Small room and toilet enough for solo traveller. Room was not service even staying more than 1 day. No parking space.
