Fantastic holiday home with stunning views looking over the harbour. Fully equipped and comfortable house. The owners have obviously put a lot of time, effort and thought into creating a beautiful home.

The owners may not be aware that the cleaning company they use, are not fulfilling their brief. The house is not cleaned to a good enough standard, with dust and cobwebs everywhere. Also still requiring guests to strip beds and collect all used linen and towels into bags, for Covid 19 restrictions, which are no longer required! Feels very lazy.

Great location, 5 minutes walk into town. Various car parks nearby - car parking pass purchased for the week, which can be used across Torbay area council car parks. Well equipped - especially in the kitchen. Having a Washing machine and dishwasher was really helpful. Clean and tidy. Rooms good size. Nicely decorated. Bottle of wine in the fridge on arrival. Nice area at the front of the property for sitting out. Felt like the owners took pride in the property.

TVs could do with being upgraded. Leaking shower - tried to report this but no response from contact number provided.

Everything 😊 Excellent facilities, view, cleanliness. The House is much bigger than it looks in the pictures, I was pleasantly surprised. Kitchen was very well equipped The owners have paid a lot of attention to detail. Highly Recommended
