Die Lage das Hotel lag in einem schlechten Viertel. Es war rund ums Hotel schäbig.

Ottima colazione, abbondante e varia. Struttura molto bella e curata.

Le stanze al piano terra hanno finestra e porta che affacciano sul cortile interno/ingresso comune, quindi non si può mai godere della luce naturale perché, per avere privacy, bisogna tenere tutto chiuso.

Snel overal bereikbaar. Perfecte ligging.

Such a beautiful place, and Dudu is very nice and accomodating! The room is a bit small, but very clean and the bed is so so comfortable. Wifi and a/c work great. The shower has hot water, you just have to be patient :-) Breakfast was wonderful, very tasty and lots of different foods to try. Breakfast is in the courtyard, which is so pretty. The decor of the rooms and outside is really lovely. Location is a 10 minute walk from the border, make sure to download the map of Nicosia and walk via Girne Cd, as the other roads do not have a sidewalk. I was a bit late because I took the wrong road (sorry about that!). It's also just a 10 minute walk from the Selimiye Camii mosque (unfortunately under construction at the moment :( so i didn't get to see it) and Büyük Han (market). 15 minutes to Derviş Paşa museum and Armenian church. There's also two kitties who are so cute! Bring them cat snacks if you can 😊

Everything is in walking distance, but it's not a very touristy area and there's barely any women on the street around here. I got looks even though I dressed modestly, which did make me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Hello! I liked the attitude of the staff, they were friendly and helpful, serving pretty little Kahvalti each morning was so cute and lovely) The hotel is located in the very Center 700 meters from ledra palace checkpoint (which is sooo perfect location to cross the border to the south of Cyprus). The location looks pretty much provincial and quiet, there are a few cafes nearby and normal Turkish grocery stores. Hotel itself is located in the very old street, where you can see locals get out and hang out in the street outside the hotel. It is very lovely to see the culture of people, and they were nice. In town there’s many refugees, mostly African, they are good people and very much assimilated in the Turkish manner. You can hear namaz sung at mosque nearby, and it sounds beautiful. It’s easy to get a taxi at the hotel. But still it was good to rent my own car, because the taxi rate would be around 30$ to get to Girne, and about 50$ to make it to Ercan airport one way. Mostly used currency is Turkish lira and dollar. P.S. I still don’t recommend going out much at night. Streets are safe, but if you are white/European woman, should not go out alone when it’s dark because the society looks rather conservative muslim

1. Everyone in the streets have expectation of you to be able to speak Turkish, many locals can’t give you directions or advice for that reason. Make sure you have power bank and offline maps on you 2. The type of plug i used didn’t match the socket in the wall, so I had to spend some time finding the right socket to have it solved. It was right at the market and I could buy it for 3 dollars

Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect communication (prior to arrival and during stay), clean room equipped with everyting you need, great location, delicious breakfast... Everyting was great! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come here again :)

This was the second time that i stayed at Nicosia Eagle Eye. It's a beautiful place to stay. Nice decorations, near to the city center and many restaurants. The rooms are very good.

What i don't like is that the ask commission over the total cost price of your stay. And again i couldn't pay by creditcard.

- very nice rooms - staff was really friendly - location was perfecty close to walk to the border of the greek prat of the city

- rooms have a glasdoor to the bathroom which probably would be uncomfortable for some people - breakfast was ok but not the best

Beautiful building, very nice breakfast and super comfortable beds. Rooms are clean, the shower is large and has very hot water. The courtyard is a nice place to sit and relax. The hotel is in walking distance to the centre.

The bathroom has a see through glass door which is a bit uncomfortable when you're on the toilet and the other person is in the room. You can't fully darken the room for sleeping. There was a power outage in the city during our stay which is not the owner's fault, but they don't have a power generator for these events so we had no electricity and no water for a whole afternoon.

Very charming accomodation, comfortable rooms and decent breakfast for a low price. Very friendly personnel. Would definitely recommend this place!

Old fashion design of the hotel with old Cypriot building artifacts are amazing. Silent even it is in city center. Very close to attraction points, restaurants, public transportation. Not a 5 star hotel but a butique hotel to meet your main requests.

There is no a closed bath cabinet, all bath water spills around toilet makes toilet difficult to use until water gets dry

Very cozy and pretty local hotel where to rest after busy day exploring, or just enjoy the hotel backyard. The local typical Cypriot breakfast with owners mothers cake as ''dessert'' was beautiful start of the day. Most comfortable mattresses, clean rooms, everything what You would need.

located in small street that gets dark in the night. But location is safe, so not a problem.

The friendly atmosphere and the welcome was unbelievable, everyone was willing to help.
