Very nice, big and comfortable apartment. Very good location.

The location is near both the old town and the modern shopping areas. The apartment is spacious with different areas to relax: a big balcony, a large living/dining room and a big, well-equipped kitchen. The street gets very little traffic so it is quiet and peaceful at night. Michalis is helpful and quick to respond.

The general state of the apartment was as if you are visiting your grand mother ...

A lovely flat, a very good size with 2 bathrooms, and well furnished, with a great range of appliances including a washing machine and dryer. There is aircon in each room and it worked fine in 'heat' mode in the winter. The owner was super friendly and helpful. There's an off street parking place for the flat.

Some people might find it a little far to walk into the Old City (a brisk 10 minutes or more leisurely 15 mins).

Very Luxurious and Lovely Apartment! Michalis is a very decent and very good person. It was very pleasant to communicate with him. Michalis told where what cafes and restaurants are in Nicosia, where you can see what in the city. Helped us have a very good time. We were very pleased to meet Michailis and are very pleased with his warm welcome. If we come to Nicosia again, we will definitely choose these apartments. Everything especially the host Michaelis took care of us like a family. The facility is great, any help we needed Michaelis was there for us.

Everything. The owner really helpfull and the appartment is actually better than shown in the pictures. A bonus: Great toys for our young (15months) old child. Good area, nice and clean appartment.

The location is just perfect as all sites are at Walking distance. The appartement is large and well equipped. It has also a free private parking spot which is ideal If you come by car. We were well welcomed and received good tips and advises. Thanks Michalis!

There is air conditioning in all rooms, which was very important considering that the temperature was around 37 degrees An excellent host who also helped us organize transport on the route Larnaca - Nicosia - Larnaca. We could contact them at any time for any kind of information and assistance. A really pleasant surprise!

The host was very friendly and messaged throughout the stay to make sure everything was ok. Very well equipped and everything was clean. Free Netflix was a great bonus!

Location was great. The host was truly nice, giving good advice on places to visit unveiling the true Cypriot locations, not solely the touristic ones.

Beautiful balcony. Comfy couch. Owner was nice and responsive.

Bed was uncomfortable. Our daughter ended up sleeping on the sofa. Extra pillows in the closet were extremely nasty and there were no pillowcases provided for them. Most importantly, at this price point, there should have been at least a couple of coffee pods provided.

This apartment was an absolute joy to stay in. First, it was quite spacious and well appointed. Second, it was easy to find and included parking. Third, it was walking distance too all sorts of nice shops and restaurants. It was also a short walk to the boarder checkpoint to spend some time in North Nicosia (which is worth the effort, quite a contrast just over the border). Finally, our host Michalis was outstanding -- easy to connect with via WhatsApp, super responsive, filled with suggestions, and very attentive to our needs.

Excellent local amenities - location was so central there wasn't anything that wasn't easily accessible even without a car - but then, it's Cyprus - you have to rent a car! Spacious and comfortable living area - main room and kitchen perfectly adequate for a week's stay with 4 adults. Hot water was sufficient for 4 showers a night - once you grasped the concept of booster heating! Parking space out back for your rental. Beware those one-way streets, though, and definitely get an exact GPS location before arrival (perhaps a story for another time)! Landlord lives in the building itself, was very friendly, spoke English fluently (much like most of Cyprus these days) and kept in touch with us via WhatsApp at all times.

Lack of locks on the inside of the toilets/showers means you have to be 'very' friendly with others on occasions! The building's central heating system was inoperable when we arrived so we had to heat via the air conditioning system. Although fine for us, this is an extremely inefficient way of heating a living space and was a little frustrating as this was a 'early winter' trip so this necessitated almost constant us of the units whilst we were there in the evenings.

Large flat, very comfortable, everything worked, lovely balcony, secure parking, easy to access, and within easy walking distance of the walled city. Very helpful host who is always available to assist with any problems (not that we had any!).

It's good value as long as there are several of you- a hotel room would be much cheaper if you're on your own, but it's too big for one person/a couple anyway.
