The apartment is situated in a pleasant and quite neighborhood in the center of Nicosia. It was VERY clean and equipped with everything a family needs, including high-end electrical appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, clean towels, and toiletries. The building is new and luxurious, with great facilities such as a large jacuzzi and a compact gym. There is always a staff member at the reception, providing a sense of security and assistance whenever needed. Throughout our stay, the staff members were pleasant, smiling, and attentive to our needs.

Appartamento nuovo, pulito e di lusso. Posizione perfetta per girare la città, e a 10 minuti a piedi dall’ingresso nella parte Turca. Consiglio assolutamente . Il personale della hall meraviglioso.

Τα δωμάτια που μας έδωσαν.Εβλεπαν τη στέγη του εστιατορίου. Προσπάθησαν να μας τα αλλάξουν αλλά ταλαιπωρηθήκαμε και χάλασε το κέφι μας.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Good location. Very modern and plenty of space.

This has nothing to do with the property, but old town Nicosia is run down and obviously many businesses died from Covid.

Very central location. Walking distance to the old city.

The AC system was not so great. It was warm no matter how low we set the thermostat

there’s a construction right under the terrace and you can hear the loud sounds from the neighbours (but this is the problem of all Cyprus apartments)

Modern building right in the center of Nicosia, only a 3-5 minute walk to Elefteria square, so you have all the places nearby. It was very easy to check in at the reception, the car is parked in an automatic underground parking, which was quite innovative. The apartment condition was amazing with a great view of the city, a large terrace, great bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely the best stay we could have had for a few days in Nicosia. There was a welcoming bottle of wine and fruits at the check in.

Nothing bad, our stay was excellent.
