Apartment is in great location, walking distance to beautiful Turkish restaurants. Sinar was very helpful and property is clean and comfortable to stay.

Excellent instructions for a late check in via the keybox. Very helpful, and perfect for a small family.

The location was good, if you want to avoid the touristy places and still live fairly close to the city. Close to several supermarkets (big and small) and good restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The TV had several streaming services and the flat was spacious.

Our main issue was the degree of cleaning between rental periods: we arrived to find dirt and some old toy under the sofa cushions, and the sofa needed washing, old fat and dust on top of the kitchen fan, and burned fat in the frying pan. Also, some of the kitchenware was worn, such as the coating on pans coming off and small bits of plastic coming off the cooking utensils. With fixing of these issues, we would give the rating 9 out of 10.

location is good and place is okay

No reception to help as we travelled from UK and we are new to the place . I some time feel getting a hotel so we would get nice guidance.

Amazing location and host. Very close to all amenities ,bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend the local cafe Kaldi. Comfortable, felt like a home away from home. Would definitely rebook.

It was a very homey environment. The location was perfect and close to everything that a person may need. Complete and total privacy. The owners of the property were very accommodating and polite.

Very helpful host particularly in travelling to Northern Cyprus

Sibar and Simge are absolutely fantastic hosts. They are always around taking care and try nearly everything to make your stay the most comfortable and enjoyable possible. It was a great time with them and we can recommend them the most. The room itself was perfectly clean, really comfy and had lots of space. Everything you needed was there. The building is new and the interior was too. Just perfect and very comfy.
