this property is newly renovated and it’s location in the center of Caldas is in walking distance to restaurants, park and shops. The owners are wonderful and will do anything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was excellent.

Clean, comfortable, and well located. Dona Elvira did everything to make my stay great. She offered fresh fruit everyday and accompanied me to a couple of restaurants.

Great family own place in the city center,super clean and with a really nice breakfast,the owner is a wonderful lady that take really good care of her guest,this was my second time staying here and looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Highly recommend this B&B. The owners were the nicest people. The rooms were clean and roomy. Excellent hot breakfast made to order by the owners every morning. Location is very central in Caldas close to the fruit market and park.

The hosts of Nova Delpa AL are a husband and wife team and they immediately make you feel at home. We arrived on a rainy day and had to park a few blocks away because we didn't realize the street where Nova Delpa is located is in fact for cars. It's narrow but allows cars. Our hosts graciously allowed us to use a space in the garage for parking. The guest house is perfectly located for exploring the city center, shopping, restaurants, and the daily municipal outdoor market. We walked everywhere and didn't use our car during our stay. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. We were on the 2nd floor and the guest house has an elevator if you don't like the stairs. The breakfast is prepared by the hosts themselves and was remarkable. Breads, eggs, fruit, danish, cheeses, coffee, juices. Don't miss the homemade pumpkin jam! We're so glad we stayed here. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay.

I had a lovely stay at the this hotel. The owners are such wonderful people and very friendly. D. Elvira is definitely a bundle of joy with so much energy. The hotel is located in a very convenient location and walking distance from the bus terminal.

The Wifi didn't work in the lobby or the breakfast area. But it was okay. It works fine in the rooms.

The bed set, the bathroom, and the glass cups and kettle provided were all clean, so I felt very comfortable.

Felt so homey! The host was so friendly, it felt as if I was staying at my grandparents' house. Very nice to stay in a still authentic Portugese little hotel. Clean room, great bed, great bathroom and good varied breakfast. Eggs made fresh for you. Will stay again!

Dona Elvira and her husband are fantastic hosts! They made absolutely sure we had everything to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is very clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was great!

The host was absolutely adorable. I speak limited Portuguese, and she had only a few words in English but she made an effort to ensure I understood everything, knew how to get in and out of the building after hours, and was always keen for a chat. The room itself had been renovated three months ago so was in excellent condition with a nice new bathroom, comfortable bed, and plenty of storage space. Breakfast was a buffet style spread with croissants, bread, cheese, meats etc. and the host cooked scrambled eggs with bacon on request.

Everything was excellent, clean and confortable,the host was very nice, helpful, smiling. The breakfast was delicious, fresh, various and healthy. We really felt like home, exceeding our expectations.

Bathroom lighting was not so good No ar conditioning

The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always attending. Breakfast are very well prepared and offers great varieties. The hotel offers a big fridge in each floor--we can store and cool our water and other stuff--just imaging in hot weather out side. The location is perfectly in the center of the town easy to reach shops and restaurants. Parking is nearby.

The room is not equipped with air-conditioning, but a fan.

This is not a hotel- it is a bed and breakfast with some advantages and it has to be assessed on that basis. The street is narrow and you can't park for long in front, but you'll be able to drop your luggage. There is a large public paid park nearby (2 or 3 minute walk). Location in town could not be better, between the public gardens and the fruit market. There is an entrance hall with a small counter and the owners were most always there, so this is not one of those lodgings in which you risk finding a closed door when you arrive. In fact it is more like one of those Austrian family pensions. with a handful of rooms in two floors. Every piece of equipment, from the lift to the bathroom, is new and of a good quality- better in fact than in many hotels (they did not count pennies when they furnished the place). Breakfast really good- better than in most three star hotels I know.

Nothing really but I had the impression they had a garage when there is only a public parking. But my experience is that nowadays and ever more often, many hotels in many countries, 3 and 4 stars, give you the same impression and when you get there, there is in fact no private parking. This is a subject that Booking should attend to!
