The Host, Santiago, is helpful in every single thing, very smiley and hospitable person. The apartment itself is just perfect, in a secured area, very large, well equipped, featurin all you may need. It's clean and well maintained, there is a cosy patio adjoined.

The kindest people! They were so gracious about arranging a shuttle and being patient despite the constantly delayed flight. The space was lovely and well-appointed, not too noisy and felt very safe. They provided bottled water to start us off on our trip. And, it was only a short taxi ride away from the bus terminal for going to Mindo! I would highly recommend this space and would stay again!

We couldn’t get hot water but I think there was a trick we missed! we just didn’t ask.

Everything was perfect! We got there a little late but they very helpful. I 100% recommend them, 👌. They were very lovely people and treated us wondefuly. Will go back to them in the future!

Fresh fruits daily! Yogurt, coffee, juice, cereal, breads,cream cheese and jelly , eggs were all cooked by the host. They will call you and ask what time is breakfast desired and have it ready! The rooms were huge. Beautiful place! The best place we’ve stayed at so far. And we vacation 2-3 times a year. Highly recommend this to everyone. Make sure to bring cash upon checking out or PayPal. My Mom was extremely surprised as to how big the house was, clean, and delicious breakfast was. There was an outdoor sitting area also. Thank You so much for your hospitality! We will be back when in the area for sure!

I loved everything. Nothing to not like. We only went for 3 days, but if it was longer time, a washer and dryer would have been awesome. The best host I’ve had so far!

Very clean and very nice. We loved the security of being there. Great outdoor space and patio area with nice landscaping. The hosts were very helpful getting taxis and recommended places to go.

There was a little bit of noise from the upstairs that made it hard to sleep if you’re a light sleeper. You’re in a big city so you don’t expect it to be quiet but being off in the neighborhood setting helps with the noise level.

Santiago was more than kind to us. He speaks excellent English and helped us order food, and find stores nearby. We only stayed one night but I could have stayed much longer. The place is beautiful, roomy, and has the most comfy beds of anywhere we’ve stayed so far on the trip to Ecuador. Santiago even took us to the airport for our flight. He went above and beyond.

It was a little far from any stores or places to get food. Far to walk, that is.

This was much better than a hotel and even more affordable. There is private, gated parking. We paid additional for breakfast and loved it. I highly recommend it. The views are beautiful. It's safe and was easy to find with good communication from the owner beforehand. One note - take cash to pay if possible.

Wifi was a little unreliable but overall fine.

The ratings are accurate. This host and space are top tier. We had great communication, sent us map pin on Whatsapp, beautiful and spacious accommodations with secure garage parking, amazing breakfast at our time choice, gave us great recommendations for our trip. A true value and great stay.
