Wonderful place, home away from home. Quite, cozy, comfy, get city views.

The apartment is VERY centrally located - a walking distance to the cathedral/central market and historic center. It's nice, clean and quiet street. The owner was great at communicating with us and met us at the apartment (please not that he doesn't speak English, only Spanish, but I had no problems communicating with him with my limited Spanghlish) )) The apartment was very clean, with rooms overlooking the cathedral (great view!!). The rooms are somewhat small, but absolutely adequate for a family of 4. Please note, that there is no hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sink, only in a shower. That did not bother me, but... Wifi was rather on a slow side...

No key drop box. So I had to arrange with the owner for a key pickup early in am, which was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it was a great, but unfortunately, rather short stay. ))

A great place to stay if you are traveling with a group of people - everyone gets separate room and a lot of personal space. Didn’t have any issues, Xavier (the owner) was always available to assist, flexible with check out time and very helpful. Wifi was fast, water in the shower hot, apartment is clean and warm, kitchen has millions appliances to cook, the fridge and even the washing machine 👍🏻 Great stay! And great value for money

Great little apartment. Tastefully decorated, funky, good location, secure safe apartment block. No real noise issues

Make sure you ask for the 4th. key for deadlock. I only received 3 keys. Problem is deadlock latch has a mind of its own and decided to snap shut one day randomly as i closed door. Took awhile to find owner for access. Expect appx. $30 usd on top of price for taxes. In the main, a great place to stay.

Appartments are very nice, only five minutes walk to all major points od interest. Very convenient check-in/check-out time. Many thanks to Mr. Xavier for great assitance an all respects.

A very comfortable apartment with everything I needed. Close to the action in Quito in a very nice little apartment complex. Fantastic views. The owner was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. An excellent place to stay.
