The room overlooking the pyramids was spectacular, as well as being able to see them while lounging by the pool. The proximity to GEM was also a bonus. Breakfast was exceptional.

It is a little dated, the bathroom was very dimly lit, but this is just Egyptian standards. When we left, the taxi counter wanted to charge us triple what we paid our taxi from the airport. We walked past the hotel to a street taxi and negotiated a lower price there. The room was mostly clean, but could have done with a vacuum.

まわりの道路が工事中で徒歩で出かけるのが大変。目の前にある大エジプト博物館にいくにも迂回しなければならないので、２０分はかかる。これは道路工事が終わったとしても幅広い道路で車も80kmくらいで走ってるから、道路を渡るのは不可能。ホテルのスタッフからも500mくらい先のコーナーまで行って渡るか、タクシーで行った方がいいとアドバイスいただいた。信号つきの横断歩道か歩道橋でもできれば、1〜2分で行けるのに。

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön. Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten eine schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Pyramiden ideal für einen Ausflug dorthin . Essen war gut es gab Buffet u d man hatte eine schöne Auswahl

Das Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen total erfüllt. Die Lage ist super, das Personal ausgesprochen zuvorkommend, besonders Mrs. Menna war sehr um uns und unsere Anliegen bemüht. Die Essensauswahl war umfangreich und die Qualität sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet für jeden was. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Tolle Aussicht auf die Pyramiden, sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, gute Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, angenehmes Ambiente, gute Preise in Restaurants/Bar, Roomservice ohne Aufpreis. Das neue "Grand Egyptian Museum/GEM" ist praktisch direkt gegenüber, allerdings fußläufig nicht wirklich erreichbar, da eine sehr große und vielbefahrene Straße dazwischen liegt und es keine Überquerungsmöglichkeit in der Nähe gibt. Wir wurden von einem einheimischen Fahrer für 400 EGP (ca. 10€) hin- und zurückgefahren was ein absolut fairer Preis ist.

WLAN ist sehr schlecht. Langsame Geschwindigkeit, Netzabdeckung oft schlecht, häufige Verbindungsabbrüche. Kein beheizter Pool, daher kann man dem Pool (zumindest im Dezember/Januar) praktisch nicht nutzen, da das Wasser viel zu kalt ist.

- Main elevator was out of order our entire stay. - The porter bringing our cases to the room when we checked in tried to hustle us into an overpriced tour before we'd even got to our room. - Marketed as 5 star but closer to 3.5-4, which is often the case in Egypt.

It certainly doesn’t have the 5-star amenities, comfort and cleanliness. Breakfast spread is like a 3-star hotel. Furniture in the room is old, bathroom is not really clean, Wi-Fi is terribly slow (worse than 4G on my limited data mobile) - videos took forever to load.

Check-in was easy and we had a great view from our rooms overlooking the Pyramids. They made us a box lunch for our early morning departure and had fun activities around the pool.

Happy with our hotel selection, no complaints.

The hotel was in a very good location for visiting the historical sites. It was very clean and the staff were very helpfull and accommodating.

The food in the alacarte restaurant was just OK, however, breakfast was good.

Rooms furniture is outdated and needs refurbishment, carpets in rooms/ outside corridors is stained , curtains is not clean. Bathroom is not acceptable for 5 stars rated hotel, got molds in the shower cabinet and the toilet seat is broken, no hot water on shower, towels are very dry. No Gym facilities.
