All meals is very good and tasty with a lot of varieties.

Aquapark floor is very hot for kids The pillows is very bad & the towels smells bad.

The Hotel was great and have a friendly hospitality team, Also the restaurant & Bar were at a high level of cleanness and food/ beverages quality thanks to proficient chefs (and here should thank chef Ahmed Abdalla for his warm welcoming). The swimming pool and the Aqua Park were great and provide so much pleasure and fun.

Otroligt vackert hotell, moderna fina rena ytor och rum. Rum med sköna sängar och kuddar och gratis AC och kassaskåp. God buffe som varierades varje dag. Snackbaren vid poolen till lunch var toppen med egenbeställd pizza, hamburgare, pasta, chicken Nuggets, pommes, våfflor, glass och pannkakor. Barnen älskade maten! vattenlandet är väl tilltaget och har många härliga och roliga vattenrutchkanor, vissa uppvärmda. Utöver detta uppvärmda stora rena pooler.

The resort was fabulous. Very clean and so much to do. The water park was a highlight for us. The food is amazing! Lots of variety. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely return if the opportunity arises.

Nous avons aimé les infrastructures très belle hôtel. Les repas était bon avec beaucoup de choix et le personnel était sympa au niveau de la restauration et des clean room. La parti des enfants toboggan piscine était super. La salle de sport pour la taille était bien équipé. La chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée.

Les personnels s'occupent des piscines qui sélectionnés les personnes qu'ils souhaitaient servir.

Jaz Aquaviva is a heaven for children with all the facilities, aquapark and kids club. There were a plenty of variety of food in the buffet in all meals. The bar at the reception is great with variety of drinks and provide live singing show daily.

We visited the hotel on the 21st of October and the Pools were very cold, however when we complained the management took action by heating the pools starting the 23rd October. There are numerous variety of food but not very tasty or in other words tasteless. The food at the pool and beach snack bars is very low quality and tasteless too. Beach is very very crowded and you can barely find a free sunbed.

Besonders möchte ich mich nochmals bei Nobi den Zimmerservice bedanken. Er war besonders freundlich aber ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Jeden Tag hat er mir aus Handtüchern und Decken ein neues Tier gebastelt. Jeden Tag stand er mit einem Lächeln da egal wie warm oder anstrengend der Tag war. Zudem war Michael an der Rezeption auch sehr angenehm und trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten weil mein Englisch nicht sehr gut ist haben wir alles Problemlos hinbekommen.

The service , the staff and the food it was a great experience

The food variety is great and the pool area is spacious

The day use customers during the fully booked period was unacceptable causing the facility to be overloaded and i didn’t enjoy the aquapark where i had to wait in long queues, this was so frustrating ending with me and my family spent most of the time in the pool area.

Very good for families, food was amazing , big variety big thanks to chef ahmed abdallah, reception guys are professional big thanks to micheal , room was spacious house keeping was so nice , aqua park wonderful for kids and adults , we were in swim up room was so nice but windy at the private pool , there is shisha too beside the main restaurant big thanks to Hassan shisha guy , other pools was really nice and there is one pool only for adults,

Some of the staff on the beach weren’t too professional, drinks on beach for alcohol only beer and wine , other wise everything was very good on the beach At the pools area only two guys serving all over this huge place so it take a lot to bring drinks from the bar
