Some food was good but quality is going down..

Reception, room location, room cleanliness, security, room view, hotel was renewing some rooms and i took one of these rooms and all i breathed was the smell of fresh paint. I could hear chainsaw cutting and wood carpenters working. Management at its worst to take more than 3 hours to check-in.

All facilities are near from you

Some stuff were not good in their attitude, it was very much obvious they differ between how they are dealing with guests.. if foreigners or Egyptians, if you are foreigner, the smile will not leave their faces and whatever you need they will do. For Egyptians, it is not like this from all of them. They made me angry and it forced me to treat whom doing this in the same way.

الأهتمام من طاقم العمل النظافة وتنظيف الغرف بشكل يومي وأستبدال المناشف الطعام الجيد وبلأخص الغريل الخارجي 😋 والحلويات لذيذة نظافة ماء المسابح الخارجية المكان هادء وأمن الفعاليات للأطفال جميلة جدآ الحفلات الليلية ممتعة الجميل والمميز بهذا المكان أنك سوف تجد بار يحتوي على أنواع كثير من العصائر والمشروبات والمياه الباردة في كل مكان يلبي حاجتك عند الشاطئ عند المسابح وعند الفعاليات المسائية في المطعم وفي التراس الموظفون لطفاء أشكر جدآ أدارة فندق شتايجنبرغ أكوا ماجيك والموظفون على الخدمة الجميلة والرائعة

يجب أن يكون لأبواب التراس في جناح العائلات قفل حتى لايستطيع الأطفال الخروج بمفردهم

Hotel zadbany, bardzo fajna strefa basenowa. Miły personel. Lody o każdej porze dnia. Ciekawe zabudowane miejsce przy scenie przeznaczone na wieczorną rozrywkę - każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Ciekawe baseny na dachu dla dorosłych. Fajny basen dla dzieci z olbrzymim statkiem. Jedzenie ok. Lokalizacja blisko lotniska . Super gość od wycieczek - stanowisko przy wejściu do restauracji głównej - Amir - mówi po polsku - bardzo pomocny. Dobra pizza w restauracji przy basenie głównym.

Restauracja główna zatłoczona i średnio czysta. Lokalizacja w drugiej linii brzegowej - plusem jednak było to ,że w okresie zimowym budynki odsunięte od morza osłaniały od wiatru. Bardzo skromne lobby.

Hotel-Mitarbeiter alle super nett und bemüht- sie sind wirklich daran interessiert das alle zufrieden und glücklich sind.

Das Essen schmeckt nach nichts und es gibt größtenteils Fast Food zu essen.. Alles sieht hübsch aus, aber es ist überhaupt nicht gewürzt und nach ein paar tagen möchte man das wirklich nicht mehr essen.. Wenigstens mal etwas Pfeffer verwendet würde schon helfen! Der Kaffee morgens ist auch leider furchtbar- der Vollautomat kann keinen Milchschaum machen, die Milch ist auch eher Wasser mit Milchpulver- gänzich ungenießbar. Sehr schade! Auch für Allergiker oder Menschen mit Unverträglichkeiten wäre mal eine Tüte laktosefreie Milch oder so toll, aber Fehlanzeige

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel Everything was more than amazing Beach,pool,animation and food variety and on top of everything the staff was very professional and dedicated with charming smiles.As well, food cleanliness Thank u so much 😊

لا زال المكان يتميز ببشاشه العاملين ومحاولتهم لحل المشاكل وانقاذ الموقف قدر المستطاع واخص بالذكر الشيف سيد تحديدا لما قدمه من جهد لتحسين جوده بعض الاشياء ومستر سيد البول الرئيسي شخص متعاون لاقصي درجه ممكن تتخيلها وودود جدددا

جوده الطعام والتنوع ليست الافضل علي الاطلاق المستوي هبط بشكل ملحوظ التنوع يعتبر شبه معدوم يوميا وجبه الغداء كوبي بيست باضافه بسيطه بجد كان سي جدددددا

Everything was amazing

Location, The food variation and taste , kids Aqua, safety , houskeeping. Night shows, and kids entertainment time , bars, friendly majority of the staff . Staff asks more oft if everything is ok :).

Room location was difficult to reach .. It is like a labyrinth to me, Families with toddlers should stay in easy access rooms, where they don't have to walk 3 Coridors and take the Lift and stairs to reach the restaurant ! . I didn't like the first room location and view told the reception personal that i don't want to have to use the lift.. He misunderstood my request was nice though :) but gave us even a room with worse location, my husband didn't want to change once again.. The hotel was full we understand that room availability as wish couldn't be available to everyone . I found The hotel as a whole ( not easy accessible) especially For Families with Kinderwagen/ Stroller. Very Few staff personal discriminate between foreigners and egyptians.

I didn't like anything this year ,I used to come every year with my family but will never come again !! They lost credibility for me worst management ever/ food/ hygiene " saw stool in the lazy river and it was evacuated after 2 hours " after I complained!!! House keeping impolite / and at the end they told us as an apology, we will have late check out at 5 we returned from the pool we found people and the 2nd room!! They ruined our vacation

Everything ..... for me they lost their reputation completely !!!
