Beds were comfy; the rooms were nice and clean with nice fixtures. The AC worked well. Appreciated the microwave/refrigerator too.

The hotel advertises they have free breakfast. It's just a tiny granola bar which is sad. This is not a breakfast. They should just take it off/don't do it. The coffee cup was so small and the times offered were too tight and there were always line. It was a big disappointment that the hotel couldn't be more generous with the coffee. They should offer coffee and water, more of it, all day long. Also front desk staff never answered the phone so I had to always go down to ask a question. (16 floors!) One person was super nice one time; otherwise they did not come across very friendly. The staff seemed constantly stressed out and rushed.

The location was excellent for access to Times Square and the subway.

The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast options however there are several good diners nearby.

Air climatisé très bruyante Isolation vers l'extérieur faible, beaucoup de bruits de sirènes, gens et de circulation Café dans le hall de l'entrée jusqu'à 10h, aucun dans la chambre, donc le matin qu'on s'est levé à 10h15 nous n'en avons pas eu.

The architecture and the fact that it was the original hotel. The entrance and lobby area are amazing how they kept the art deco style, yet it felt modern. The staff was very helpful and patient. The hotel was very busy, but they didn't rush us when we checked in and answered all our questions. Location is amazing, not only is Times Square walking distance, there are so many restaurants and shops around the corner, including a supermarket. The view was nice and I appreciated that you could open the windows enough to get fresh air, even if it means you get all the NYC noises. The bd was very comfortable. Bonus points for the kitchenette, it's nice having an extra sink and not needing to wash everything in the bathroom. The hotel has and elevator and larger rooms to accommodate disabled travelers.

Size of the rooms, it can be a bit snug for 2 people and 2 suitcases. But since the room was only for sleeping, it was ok for a few nights. The carpeting looked old and like it could use an update.

Construction noise outside and remodeling (from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm) inside the hotel made our stay very challenging. We slept the first nights with noise cancellations headphones. The room was advertised with a kitchen corner, but lacked basic amenities like glasses, cups, or a coffee machine. After raising concerns, we were given a water boiler. A heads-up for future guest to manage expectation.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização e os quartos são espaçosos, limpos e agradáveis, mas o que mais nos comoveu foi a equipe do hotel. Fomos a NY comemorar o aniversário de 100 anos da minha tia e no dia do aniversário dela, depois que voltamos de um passeio, a equipe do hotel havia preparado uma decoração especial no quarto para celebrar a data e ainda compraram bolo e deixaram lembrancinhas do hotel como presente. FOI INCRÍVEL!! Muito legal mesmo!! Queremos novamente agradecer a Nancy e toda equipe do hotel pela gentileza!!
