The front desk staff was very personable. I asked for a later check-out which they were able to accommodate. When we ran into the housekeeping staff, they greeted us and asked if we needed anything.

Nicely kept hotel within a nice distance to downtown lacrosse.

Had issues periodically with our TV which made for difficulties when spending time in the room, especially with young kids. We were offered to switch rooms, but after an already late check-in having to move an entire family wasn’t worth the hassle. Would’ve been a nice touch to have some sort of compensation at check-out, given our hassles.

Breakfast was awesome and cleanliness was exceptional.
