La temática del hotel un poco.

El desayuno pésimo, los cuartos muy pequeños y no hay piscina, no tenía microondas ni cafetera en el cuarto.

Simplicidad y servicios

The room was very clean. Loved the shower. The lobby was clean and had plenty of various places to sit. Liked having shampoo, etc. in large bottles rather than travel sizes.

Not having drawers in the room for clothes. The coffee wasn't very strong. The beds could've been a tad bit softer.

Every thing was great except for the major snowstorm during the night.

The room was clean. The bathroom was nice and clean. The front desk lady was very helpful.

A bit noisy from the highway traffic.

The room seemed very new and clean and was also very spacious. It had a small refrigerator and a small ironing board and iron but no microwave or coffee maker. There was free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. The breakfast was good and there were a lot of choices. There was no swimming pool but there was a pool table in the lobby. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy. The hotel was a very short drive off of the interstate. It was about a five minute drive to a very nice shopping area and many restaurants. There weren't any restaurants or stores within walking distance.

We could hear the people on the floor above us walking around and they were pushing something with wheels, maybe the desk chair, back and forth. We did not complain about it. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was very hard to squeeze with one hand to dispense the soap into the other hand. It was difficult for someone with arthritis or for children to use. The staff said they had little soap containers at the desk we could have requested, and they are considering replacing the dispensers with a different type. The electric window shade did not close completely. It left about a foot of the window uncovered from the HVAC unit up. We did not complain but let the staff know when we checked out. We had to request a shower curtain. It was promptly installed by the staff.

It was very clean. Good breakfast options.

Air conditioning unit was a little weird. It stopped for hours before running again to maintain set temperature.

Great variety for breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly lady at check in, and good location.

We got back from our concert late and there was no place to park in the hotel's actual lot, but not much the hotel can do about that. There was one or two large trucks with trailers taking up 3-4 spaces.
