The jet tub leaked into the other bathroom and also had a very strange "patch" in the tub. the curtains had black stains on them from other customers opening and closing. The room was not clean stains on the walls and carpet

It was a short stay. The hot tub was hot and the breakfast was and coffee was good. The bed was comfy and the room and bathroom were clean. It was a great location right next to a great sushi restaurant I also visited.

I stayed three nights. First night was ok, the person next door was talking on their phone and I could hear the phone too. All mumbling, couldn't make anything out really. The second night, someone new stays next door, and that person must have been really loud because I could hear words (only the swear words really), but still mumbling for the most part. Then at 3 in the morning I was woken up and could hear everything...I mean everything. Wife had the only set of ear plugs so I just put a pillow over my head. Third night didn't hear anything, assume it was a different person/couple.
Otherwise the hotel was nice, breakfast was fine, decent hotel. Probably wont stay there again though.

We basically were looking for somewhere to sleep and the beds felt like you were on a board so no one slept. The beds needs to be better.

Hello, the hotel is nice. The customer service is okay. It was a little loud in the hallways. The housekeeper needs to learn that their guesses there to rest and to respect that. I think when it's time for them to clean. They just running up-and-down the hallway. And if they're cleaning up above you, you just hear all the banging noise, so start to respect your guests. Cause that's why they're staying there to get some rest.

Lovely room. Friendly staff and nice breakfast. Only negative comment was the counter space in the bathroom….vessel sick left only about 8-10 inches on either side.

I had the hot tub suit the room was nice but the water for the hot tub came out yellow i had to let both hot and cold run for about 5 minutes a piece after that it was good

Hot tub and pool area is very nice. Pet friendly with enough areas to walk dog. My key stopped working a few times once at 2 am and it took alittle bit for the front desk girl to return from wherever she was at. Not fun at 2-‘ with a dog being locked out of your room in pjs
Other than that I had a great stay. The rooms are nice size and bed is comfy

We were very pleased with our stay at Country Inn near Milwaukee. Our room was comfortable and the bathroom was large and modern. The breakfast was good with lots of options. The price was right. We would definitely stay there again.

Greeted every time we walked through the lobby. Fresh cookies at the check-in desk. Our room had a sofa, TV, microwave, sink, refrigerator and coffee pot. The bedroom was separated with a door and had a TV. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was there were very small, flat pillows on the bed. I went over to the WalMart that is ver close by and bought a larger pillow. I have neck issues so needed a bigger pillow . But overall it was quiet and very nice! Would stay again.

Real easy to access interstate to downtown Milwaukee and the State Fair Grounds. Breakfast is typical nothing special. Quiet no issues at all will stay again if possible in the future

The location and price point were wonderful but the staffing was left wanting. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, location and size of the accormadations based on the price point. I was unimpressed with the staffs handling of an injury that happened very near the front desk and the fact that the pool towels were not cleaned and replenished during our stay. I assuming this is due to it being a holiday weekend and potentially being understaffed. I will say the hotel for the most part was very clean and well kept.

Hotel did not have my third night as part of my reservation. And when we got it figured it they overcharged me by almost $130. Parking at the location is crazy due to two restaurants being here and construction.

The staff couldn't have been better. This is so rare, and it was greatly appreciated. Even after our stay and we hadn't gotten our receipts through EXPEDIA, I contacted the hotel and Jason sent them over to me in seconds and seemed happy to do it.....JUST WOW!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
