It was a short stay. The hot tub was hot and the breakfast was and coffee was good. The bed was comfy and the room and bathroom were clean. It was a great location right next to a great sushi restaurant I also visited.

We basically were looking for somewhere to sleep and the beds felt like you were on a board so no one slept. The beds needs to be better.

This was my 2nd stay at this location. Everything was good except I spotted a few food smudges from a previous guest.

Hello, the hotel is nice. The customer service is okay. It was a little loud in the hallways. The housekeeper needs to learn that their guesses there to rest and to respect that. I think when it's time for them to clean. They just running up-and-down the hallway. And if they're cleaning up above you, you just hear all the banging noise, so start to respect your guests. Cause that's why they're staying there to get some rest.

I had the hot tub suit the room was nice but the water for the hot tub came out yellow i had to let both hot and cold run for about 5 minutes a piece after that it was good

It was in a nice area and it was close to some shopping, close to AmFam field and access to the interstate.

Hot tub and pool area is very nice. Pet friendly with enough areas to walk dog. My key stopped working a few times once at 2 am and it took alittle bit for the front desk girl to return from wherever she was at. Not fun at 2-‘ with a dog being locked out of your room in pjs
Other than that I had a great stay. The rooms are nice size and bed is comfy

Hotel did not have my third night as part of my reservation. And when we got it figured it they overcharged me by almost $130. Parking at the location is crazy due to two restaurants being here and construction.

When the staff is very helpful, I notice. MS. V Davis was always around to help. She showed me where the ice maker was, exchanged towels for us, and made us feel welcome instead of a burden. Very friendly. She asked and made sure we had everything we needed.

The hotel is nice but I was dismayed to discover too late that they charge a $90 pet fee, which was more than I paid for my room. Since it was non-refundable, I had no choice. It’s a ridiculous fee for a 30-pound, house trained, hypoallergenic (she’d- free) dog and way higher than any other pet fees I’ve paid on my trip across country.

The stay was pleasant, but there were a few things that were outdated about the facility. Also, the carpets could do with a good deep clean. Anyone who walked barefoot on the floor had black soles before they sat down.
Breakfast was decent for what we needed. The usual continental fare.

I always stay here. But with little league baseball groups there , it was so loud with them running up and down the hallways and stairs until 2am. Not good sleep!
