Lack wheelchairs, would have been nice to have wheelchair available.

I didn’t like anything when we arrived our hotel sheets were very dirty ! The shower was dirty the room overall wasn’t good as shown in pictures not even the beds it was food on counters and more when I expressed my concerns ! They offer $20 off and a new room but he didn’t offer a new room until the second complaint and when that complaint was brought to his attention he seem to respond in a way I felt was really sincere so I decline the new room and the lien and went back to the room to search for another stay and try to find a ride . Which took 2-3 hours due to the fact it was already getting late and I was far when the manger finally got back to me she offer another $25 even tho we never slept in the room which I felt wasn’t a good competition

I booked a double Queen room. We were given a King with a pullout, and was told it was an upgrade. When 4 people are staying in a room, a couch pull out it NOT an upgrade!!! Also worth mentioning that the room had no linens or pillows for said pullout

All the staff were very friendly and the rooms were very comfy and clean. The breakfast in the morning was very delicious as well!!
