Clean and very well stocked, only negative was the weather we had during our visit.

This house had everything one could need for a week Long Beach vacation. The house is a short walk to the beach which was perfect for our family. We will definitely be back to this house for another family vacation!!

This property was perfect for our family trip! There is everything you could think of needing and more. The pool is larger than it looks and it’s only an easy 8 minute walk right to the beach. We had our first stay on Siesta Key for a week in July. We all loved the house, the huge screened in pool/patio area and the short 10 min. walk to the beach. The layout worked great for our teens on the main/street level with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was not large but loved the appliances and we had plenty of counter space. We enjoyed the pool very much and our doggie did, too! We also loved the reclining sectional for movie nights in the living room. We were in Siesta Key Village every day dining at different local spots and enjoying the shops, as well. Some of us walked to the Village and some of us drove :). The house may not be the best option for guests that want to avoid stairs or pets that don't do well with stairs but we all loved our stay here very much!

Tracey’s property is absolutely fantastic. The community is quiet and easily accessible. The house is within a quick walking distance to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to the village. The house was immaculate and well maintained. The pool was perfect with all the lounge chairs and seating necessary to hang out. We were also impressed by the amount of beach gear on hand at the property. We borrowed beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella, a wagon, and towels. We really appreciated the ability to borrow these items since we had flown to Siesta Key and our luggage room was limited. Tracey has all the amenities available and it made our stay perfect. Tracey is a very responsive host. She was quick to respond to any of our questions. Check in and check out was easy. This place is perfect and will be on our list for future stays. Thanks so much for a wonderful home for us to rent!

The property was great to stay at for our family, and my parents and sister. We loved the patio and pool and spent a lot of our free time there. The bedrooms were split up nicely to have room for kids and extra space when I needed to work. We walked to the beach most days, which took about 15 minutes in the heat, but otherwise, the property was absolutely wonderful for us.

My elderly parents and my adult children stayed in this lovely home close to the beach in Siesta Key. It had all the features amenities and more!! Homey feel and lovely neighborhood. Great pool with extra towels and floats. TV in every room. The stairs were a bit steep for my parents (kitchen was upstairs) but other than that, I cannot think of a better place to stay. We will be back!

We just got back from an amazing week at Siesta Key Beach! We had the best weather, and it was the most beautiful clear blue water and powdery white sand! Tracey was a wonderful host! She is so friendly and accommodating! The house was beautiful and we'll equipped. It had everything we needed for the week and more! We especially enjoyed the pool area. It was a perfect space for our family of 8 adults and 4 kids to enjoy time together, either swimming or eating meals outside. The house was very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for our family of 12! There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas, and everything else we could have needed at the beach! We were welcomed with a yummy key lime pie, which was the perfect treat on our first night in Florida! Tracey texted me the first day making herself available if we needed anything throughout the week, which I thought was such a nice touch! And I accidentally left my wallet behind at the house after we left and Tracey was gracious enough to mail it back to me! We will absolutely stay here again! Thanks Tracey for ensuring we had such a wonderful stay!

We had an amazing week in a wonderful home. It was clean and had plenty of beach chairs, towels, and two wagons. The beach was only a short walk from the home. We had 2 small children with us. There was toys inside and outside which was a huge help and baby gates which was very helpful. We all enjoyed the pool as well. We also arrived to a nice treat in the fridge!! We loved our trip and hope to visit again.

The Ocean Beach Cottage is a wonderful property. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your stay great. We ate at home for our meals and found the kitchen supplies stocked well. The kids loved the pool . The pool locker and beach locker had everything a kid could want. We used the beach wagons and enjoyed biking around town. Tracy answered all our questions promptly . She left a surprise for us… a delicious key lime pie! Thank you Tracy !

Place was as pictured. Comfy beds and plenty of places to relax in. Nice quiet residential street. A bit far to walk to beach but we had no trouble parking any day. Very well equipped for cooking and grilling- lots of towels! Tracey was great to communicate with. We would stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic time at Siesta Key and another great stay at this beautiful house! One mile walk to the village and a short walk down the street to the beach make this the perfect location. If you don’t want the walk, lounge in the large, pristine pool and catch some sun while laying out in the huge, two-story lanai. Our second time here and it won’t be our last!

Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at this amazing location. Quiet street, enclosed private pool, and an 8 min walk to the less crowded end of Siesta Key beach. This was especially desirable as we watched the lines of cars snaking along the road to park at the beach each day! There were extras of every beach accoutrement that you would need. I would add, that beach umbrellas are a challenge due to the wind, and the 4 cornered covers seemed to work much better, especially the ones that use sand filled bags at each corner. Don’t forget to look in the dock box against the house which has many beach toys. The house has two washers and dryers which came in VERY handy. The sand on Siesta Key beach is so fine, and sticks like glue. No brushing off like the Lake Michigan sand we are used to! The house is laid out really well for multi family use. Having bedrooms on two floors made it great for noise reduction after the grandkids collapsed into bed each night. The house has all of the cooking tools you need, even a large glass crock for sun tea, (Or sangria!). We decided when we go again, we’ll do more cooking and less eating out. The Siesta Key village was fun for all ages. Crowded, but we were there during the busiest time. The fishing charter was fun, but if you choose the 4 hour trip, you can’t get out far enough to catch the bigger fish. We rented a golf cart to tour around the island, which was fun for everyone. Tracey was great to work with. Answered our questions promptly and added extra info we didn’t think of. Final word on this property……fantastic. Everything was set up for a relaxing week for a family. Well decorated, but comfortable and inviting. We will be back!

We enjoyed this house SO much. It's about an 8 minute walk to the beach, 20 minutes to the village. It is the most well supplied VRBO we've ever been in. SO many beach chairs, wagons and supplies. We didn't have littles in our group but there were lots of baby supplies in the house. We will 100% stay here again!

Great place to stay. It’s convenient to the beach and village, only a short walk to both. It has a great layout and beautiful pool area. We had no complaints about the place. We would definitely go back!

My family had an awesome vacation in Siesta Key. This house had plenty of room for all 9 of us. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach which was a short walk from the house. We also walked to the Village which was about a 20 minute walk. The house was well stocked with plenty of beach chairs, toys, beach towels, coolers and wagons to haul it all to the beach. Will definitely try to stay here again if we come back to Siesta Key.

Everything in regards to this reservation from start to finish went relatively smoothie. There were very few problems that were quickly resolved. Stacy the manager was very good and always Johnny on the spot to correct anything to make our stay better.

The house was beautiful. The neighborhood is great close to the beach and a beautiful, heated pool. What could be better? And a delicious Keylime pie waiting for us upon arrival. Thank you Tracey for everything.

We loved our stay and the location is perfect! The house is beautiful and all of us agreed our beds were comfy. Despite the colder weather, the host was quick to help us heat up the pool. Outdoor area and pool is absolutely gorgeous!! We would stay here again!

Excellent layout, pool was comfortable for time of year. TV’s were great, kitchen well equipped for our needs, grilling was great. Two story house made it good for family with children, plus all the children amenities were great. Double washer and dryer a mom’s dream. Good biking neighborhood, except no street lights, property owners seem to frown on anyone but them heard commmets like here’s the problem. We work in the ski resort area of gatlinburg where wealthy buy then frown on rental properties. Our chalet village market welcomes all.

We booked this house almost a year in advance to enjoy a stay in Siesta Key over the Christmas holiday. The house was great, and exactly as described on the site. Our four teenage kids enjoyed having their own rooms and space, and the pool was a huge draw for us all. We were unfortunately there during one of the coldest Christmases on record in Florida, so we didn't get to enjoy that quite as much as we intended, but that's no one's fault. The space, cleanliness and safety were all as advertised. We enjoyed being able to use the beach chairs, towels and wagon to walk to the beach, and my son and wife rode bikes a few times, too. Overall, this is a great house and location and one we'd highly recommend to families with older teens.

This beautiful house had everything & was in a great location in relation to the beach access & downtown area. We split our day between the beach & the pool. House has a play area with toys for the kids, bikes, pool & sand toys! We were pleasantly greeted with a key lime pie in the fridge, delicious! We wondered down to Venice to search for shark teeth & successful! Made sand castles & found sand dollars on the Siesta Key Beach. Our family made wonderful memories here & we are considering an annual trip!

We had a small glitch with the oven not working but Tracey was able to purchase a new one and deliver it herself on Tuesday. Everyone enjoyed the pool. I would suggest that the rat traps be checked and when the screen house is fixed they should fix the hole in the screen. My daughter in law had something run over her feet when we were sitting by the pool.

My wife and I plus our 2 kids stayed at this property along with our friends who also have 2 kids. Two 3 year olds and two 1 year olds, and this house fit us comfortably. There was plenty of space for everyone to have their own room. The house is also located in a nice area that’s less than a 10 minute walk to the beach and around 15 minutes to the village, which we really enjoyed. The pool was another big hit for us. Very clean property and backyard pool area for the kids! Would highly recommend this house for families looking to be centrally located on Siesta Key.
