Most of us had never been before and enjoyed the indoor/outdoor feel of the house and the range of activities in the area. Be prepared for noise and a few mosquitos, but a great spot!

The home was clean and secure. Felt very safe. The amenities were good and plenty of paper and soap products were provided. The open indoor/outside set up was nice. More outdoor seating would be nice since the house does sleep 12 - but the other chairs seemed ok to bring out since the seemed weather resistant. Location was a short walk to the beach and a walk/bike ride to several restaurants. We traveled with all adults so it was a plus for us, but anyone with kids should know that two of the bedrooms are through an outside entrance. Only problems were outside of the owners control so not a judgement on the property itself, but the roosters were awake before 6 and power washing, Jack hammering and leaf blowing went on every morning starting around 7:30 am. One night only till 9:30. We enjoyed our stay and had a great trip.

This house was perfect for our group. It was close to the places we wanted to visit and very comfortable for a large group.

Meeting the host in person to check in to this process is required and inconvenient. There are surveillance camera recording the pool and faced into the house. We covered them and the host entered the premises without our consent to remove them. We had minors in our group being watched on camera. A service person entered the home without our consent while we were in the shower. The host tried to charge us for a service animal and literally screamed at us on the phone when we tried to address the issues. There’s no comfortable place to sit for a group, the electricity barely charges a cell phone and the pool didn’t get sun anytime of the day during our stay.

Sometimes you see properties online and you think it's large and when you get there, it doesn't live up to the hype. This property was so spacious and much larger than we could have asked for! Great communication with the owners, pool was fantastic for kids and adults. Outstanding common area inside and outside. I would easily give this property a 10/10. If we go back to Puerto Rico any time soon, I don't see us staying anywhere else!

The house was fairly nice and spacious. However, there were several major issues - - the neighborhood was incredibly loud at night - we have all lived in major cites and don’t mind some noise, but we were woken up every night with people shouting, fireworks, loud cars, dogs barking. - a part of the windows in the common area didn’t have a screen and so we were inundated with mosquitoes and mosquito bites. - the hot water in two of the showers didn’t work, which can happen, but it took multiple texts and three visits from the maintenance man and five days for it to be fixed. The management person was friendly and helpful but the owner was rude during our texts about this issue. The pool area was nice, the bedrooms were comfortable and the common area was spacious.

We truly enjoyed this home. It was uniquely perfect for our group of 8 all over the age of 18. There is plenty of space. The bedrooms were well furnished and A/C worked great in the bedroom areas. The main area was open which was a cool concept, hard to describe but we all loved it, the little pool, the foozball, etc. (I would not recommend this home for anyone with toddlers, they would be hard to watch here.) We enjoyed dining both inside and outside. And there was a separate and kind of hidden room with A/C for watching movies or whatever. I did not go in the upstairs apartment too much but it also looked nice. The kitchen up there did have a stove, oven, and microwave but there were no dishes, refrigerator,or other kitchen amenities so I have to assume it is in transition of some type or they are phasing out the kitchen up there and turning it into something else??? If there was any con it was a neighbor's rooster that crowed starting around 2:00 a.m. and went on until morning. The home did not have great sound insulation so the rooster sounded like he was right under our window every morning. Definitely lots of city noises so hard to sleep if you are not used to that. The home did have great daylight blocking window shades-that was a positive. The neighborhood did not feel unsafe and the cars could be locked behind a gate.There were a few restaurants to walk to but most things we drove to. We had lots of good together time and plenty of room to have our own space.

Very comfortable and well equipped home with good-sized bedrooms and excellent beds. We were a large group - 8 adults and 1 toddler and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Location was convenient to the metropolitan area; Old San Juan, Condado, Isla Verde are just a few miles away. Some reviews mentioned early morning noise from barking dogs and crowing roosters. That does happen, but never for very long. We all brought blue-tooth portable speakers and used a fan app to drown out any outside noise. Worked like a charm! Mayra and John were very attentive and responded within minutes, even on New Years Eve. Would recommend this home!
