Location was excellent and the condo worked out great for my group. Plenty of space and we loved the outdoor areas.

We were very happy with our stay at Gertrude Rentals and would book with them again. More outstanding then the rental itself, is the service we received. Dan always messaged back in just a few minutes and he arranged to have a pack and play there when we checked in so we didn't have to bring our own. A couple days later I asked if he would have a bike trailer for our toddler and he arranged to have one dropped off just a few hours later, free of charge! Service was outstanding. Thanks for the good time!

Don't park in garage- we had appointment and late because neighbors parked blocking us in. Beds were very uncomfortable. Couch sleeping was better 😭. A positive note~The space was clean and decorated nicely.

From the moment we booked until we left, this was a great experience! I can’t say enough kind words about the property manager. Our kids had to take a redeye flight and I was worried about them landing and going all day on no sleep, so I reached out to the property manager and he made arrangements for us to get in early so they could rest. Checking in was a breeze, the condo is so fun and the location is perfect. We were far enough away from the crazy crowds on the main street but close enough to get there in a couple minute walk if we wanted to. The private patio was a great place to hang out after a day at the beach as well. We can’t wait to go back!

This was a great location on siesta about a few minute walk to the village and maybe not even 10 minutes to the beach! Just enough room for five kids and seven adults! Would stay here again

2 families came to Siesta Key for a little vacay after a competitive soccer tournament. Our kiddos had a blast and everything was within walking distance as expected! Thanks for a wonderful stay and a ton of new memories!

Great home for a large group. Enjoyable back garden and easy access to beach, restaurants, and shopping. Property manager was attentive and friendly.

We loved everything about our stay in Siesta Key! Everyone is already asking when we can go back. The house/location was wonderful and the host was awesome!

Perfect spot to access all the amenities of Siesta Keys area! Just needed more time to enjoy, and would definitely consider rebooking next time.

The house was great! It was clean and well stocked with everyday conveniences including 4 bikes, beach chairs, and wagons. The shared patio was lovely to sit out on day or night. Loved being within walking distance to the Village with lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. Dan was very responsive when we called about unlocking the garage door. Would definitely rent again.

Parked the rental car upon arrival in the driveway, didn’t get back into it till leaving for airport. Enough said……. Ideal location, great space and steps to everything Siesta Key!

Great location to Siesta Key Village and beach access #7. If you need something just ask Dan and he will do anything he can to help.

The place was clean and well appointed. There were beach chairs, towels, and a wagon for toting things, including kids, to town and the beach. The outside space is shared, but there was no one in the other unit so we had it to ourselves. Perfect!

Overall we like the walkability of the location. Small mold issue in the upstairs bathroom that needs to be addressed.

Everything was Truly great. Anything that needed to be addressed was immediately taken care of by Daniel. This house is beautiful and walking distance to restaurants, bars, beach, or anything you need. The best part for those who fly…..the house as well equipped with beach necessities. Loved it!!

The property was just as advertised. I even thought it was more charmingly decorated than the pictures. We had fun playing games around the dining table and then another group were playing games in the open air room off the downstairs patio. There were 15 in our group for game play and 5 of us stayed off site at son's house and 10 stayed in the house. The downstairs room housed 5 girls and the only boy stayed with his parents in their room upstairs. Also we played games around the coffee table. As you can tell, we like playing board games. We spent morning and evenings at the Siesta Pavillion Beach which was very kid friendly. Shallow water that the kids all loved. The beach that was closest to the rental was not as good for us as the Pavillion Beach so we did end up taking the car there. Our kids were ages 5-12. We liked the short walk downtown to the French Bakery for Croissants in the morning. Dan was so responsive to every call and text. Couldn't have been a better host. My daughter broke a coffee carafe and they were right over with a replacement. Dan was always prompt with responding. Our family had a wonderful time at the rental. We would highly recommend.

A bachelorette party of 8 slept pretty comfortably here. 5 min walk to beach access, less than 5 to the market/downtown area, but it is still in the quiet neighborhood. Dans place was very clean, cute and comfortable. Great ac, plenty of fans, our part of this duplex had the balcony that overlooked the patio area. So many TV channels if you have kids/need to veg out before you head out for the night. We really loved our stay. One thing I will say is the number of beds was misleading - there are the 2 king beds, then two queens as the bottom part of bunks and two doubles as the top part of the bunks, totaling to 6 beds. The house comes stacked with beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, cart, bicycles and more. We highly recommend staying at Gertrude properties!!!

The property was amazing as it was within walking distance to the village, beach, and restaurants. House was very clean and provided necessary essentials for the week. We also enjoyed having beach chairs, towels, coolers, and boards provided for use.

We loved everything about this place! The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, the decor is unique and charming, and the outdoor space is amazing! Dan was an amazing host! Would definitely stay here again.
