Small, compact but great location. This studio is close to downtown "the village" and the public access beach. We felt safe and weren't uncomfortable leaving our bikes outside. The only complaint is the shower, the plastic part of the shower was ill fitting and it would be all over you once the shower was turned on. There was a lot of hair on the shower flood and it wasn't ours. Do what's recommended and PACK LIGHT

Easy walk to Beach and the Village. We never needed to use our rental car. The neighbors are nice. We relaxed and had a great week.

Overall great experience. Perfectly located to the beach and to the downtown of Siesta Key. It is quaint, quiet, and the unit has just what you need for a few day stay. The amenities are all updated. Unit was overall clean. Only complaint was we found a cockroach and mold on the AC unit.

All the accommodations needed and super convenient one block off Siesta Key Village and the beach. Very inviting courtyard entrance including a private patio. Highly recommend.

Location was awesome-short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. No need for a car. The room is smaller than it appeared in the photos but it was perfect for just me.

Unit was small but has everything you need. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and is just off a street with lots of bars, restaurants, and shops to check out. would definitely stay here again

Our studio accomodations were perfect. We could walk to restaurants, super market, trolley, & beautiful beach. Our place had everything we needed & super clean, very comfortable bed! Will definitely stay again!

Great stay, perfect location, and great for a long weekend stay! Perfect for the two of us, great amenities. Only request would be more towels and that the towels did not look thoroughly laundered. Property manager was amazing and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again!

Room was very neat and clean. It's small, but it was perfect for me and my husband and our two small pups. The location of this place is incredible- we parked our car when we arrived and didn't have to crank it again until we left. Super close walk to all the restaurants / shops and the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Right by the shops and restaurants and so close to the beach. Had some issues with the lock on the door but it was fixed immediately. Very responsive.

Property was as listed. Very clean, cold a/c, easy check-in, reserved parking space. As stated in the listing this is a studio apartment so it is on the small side but it was perfect for 2. Walk to shopping, restaurants, bars and beach. Will definitely stay again! Loved Siesta Key!

We stayed here for a weekend. The studio was clean and had everuthong we needed. We enjoyed the property ,it was very laid back and relaxing. The beach and restaurants were just a short walk away. The owner Dan was awesome, he gave us lots of good information and was always available to answer questions.

If you are looking to be a homebody on vacation, maybe not the spot for you. If you plan to be active and take advantage of the Key and all it offers, great spot to be your home base. Very clean, comfortable and convenient!

The room and entrance to siesta gardens property smelled heavy of pet urine, even though there was a humidifier running in the room, it was musky We have a small shih tzu who never has accidents and very clean, I’m just not use to this doggy smell. I hate booking a pet room when everyone dont have the same pet etiquette. Wish the property was updated a little, the shower curtain was like saran wrap, never seen anything that flimsy. The electrical outlets were all loose in the walls, lamps switch were shifting out…the shared washer /dryer always had other peoples clothes left in them and the back porch light was blown. Small leak under kitchen sink are wet and paper products. Toilet handle flush needs replacing.Dan the host was spot on, following up and having everything ready, I just don’t think he has inspected this property himself or he would have corrected these issues. Beautiful beach and convince made stay bearable with lots of Lysol.

We've been visiting siesta key for a few years now and after a few stays we weren't so lucky with rentals until now! This place was very nice! Right up the street from the beach and near everything you need! The room has cold ac which came in handy during a heatwave. We will definitely book another stay asap!

Perfect location, close to beach. Didn't drive except to meet up with my daughter in St Petersburg. Glad family took our dogs, they would have made the cozy cottage crowded.

Cool little place, quiet and easy.

Great location, parking was a pain at first, but was taken care of pretty quickly. The beach goers like to park any place that they can find an open spot. Maybe entertain a pass that can be put inside the car.

This was the perfect spot for me & my fiance! A short walk to the beach & an even shorter walk to the shops & restaurants. We didn’t use our car one in our 5 day stay. The space was clean & as described, communication was great, and even stocked with some extras (bottle of wine, hairdryer, plenty of towels). Would definitely book here again!

This place was perfect. The studio apartment was all we needed for the couple days we were there. Convenient to everything in the village and a short walk down the street to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This place was within walking distance to anything we wanted to go to! The beach was so close, the daiquiri deck was practically across the street. We had a blast!
