Never had a better pre-arrival experience with a host! Not only were the instructions about location and key collection really clear but there were also photographs to make it even better. The apartment is really spacious with a great outlook over the main square from the balcony. It could not be better located if you need to use local or intercity buses as the station is directly across the road

The neighbours were quite noisy but this didn't really bother us as it added to the atmosphere. Layout of the bathroom was a little awkward in terms of getting into and out of the shower.

The location to the old town is really good. Just a short walk and you are on the main streets leading down to the border. Very lively city and wonderful characters. We were very comfortable in this large apartment. The bed was comfy and although just two rings in the kitchen we were able to cook our meals with ease as it was quite well equipped. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with our coffee watching the world go by. We liked it so much we’ve booked it again in a months time. Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. The road outside is very busy but once we closed the balcony doors you couldn’t hear the traffic.We would recommend this apartment.

Clean, comfortable, near to the city centre and easy to travel wherever you want. Very good communication and everything you need, even the water in the fridge. Surely we gonna stay again when we come back. Thank you very much Maria.

The flat is well situated and well equipped. Maria is so helpful and soon available. We enjoyed a pleasant stay at her place, so I higly recommend it to People Who want discover Nicosia in every its side.

The location is perfect, opposite Solomos Sq main bus stop that i can commute around the main sightseeing place, right in the center that i can enjoy the nightlife around and 5 mins walk to the border. The place is clean and bed is comfortable.

The location was amazing, Maria the host exceptional she was very responsive and met all our needs to have a cosy stay in Nicosia. My recommendation goes to Maria and this apartment which is centrally located and perfect for stay in Nicosia.

It was a very large and extremely comfortable apartment. The bed was huge and very comfortable. A great city view from the balcony and totally central for the bus station and the city. It was Easter for our stay and our lovely host suprised us with 2 chocolate easter bunnies 😋 😍 thankyou

Comfortable bed. Comfortable sofa - a rare find, in my experience. Comfortable seating often does not exist. Small, but decent kitchen. Everything worked well, including the wifi.

Nothing within the control of the apartment. There wasn't a good grocery store close by that I found.

Everything's comfortable and clean. Very good location. Near to all amenities.

The location of the property was excellent, the view from the balcony was good to watch over street and also you could see the mountains. The property was large but still cosy. Good communication and hassle free for key collection. Handy to have a car park across the road. Would stay here again and recommend this apartment for anyone staying in Nicosia.

Cozy apartment opposite the Old walled city of Nicosia, next to all the facilities, shops, restaurants, cafe's.

Great location, comfy big bed, good communication with host who helped us a lot. Spacious apartment.

Apartment close to bus station and main boulevard therefore was noisy if you let the windows open. Once you close the windows all ok. Our 1 year old was playing on the floor all time and we think that cleanliness can improve, specially the carpets.

The location is excellent

It is in a perfect area, the view it's amazing and is very close to the most atractive point views. Everything was clean in the apartment, comfortable and the owner gave all her interest to have everything we wanted.

The apartament is much smaller than it looks in the photos and the single beds aren't very comfortable.

The position of the falt is perfect to can walk on foot through the city, principally to can reach Ledra Street, which is reachable in a few minutes. Bathroom was not so big, but very clean and absolutey comfortable. Despite the flat is very near a vert trafficated street there weren't any noises. Flat was very clean and cosy, provided with all the necessary, included very functional air conditioned. Owner provided us the opportunity to can park cark just in front of the entrance.

It was in a very central location, you could reach the centre of city where everything (cafes, restaurants , stores ) were. The apartment itself was very spacious with a fully equipped kitchenette . It fitted up to four people comfortably

Just a minor detail, there is no central heating and we visited on March so the apartment was cold and we had to have the AC’s on all the time
