Location, room decor and facilities

No fridge in the room. We were interrupted twice: despite telling cleaner were not requiring room clean and after receiving phone call regarding room access for maintenance and stating that it wasn’t convenient there was still a knock on the door.

The check in process is digital and felt a bit awkward.

The location!

The access to the building and rooms was not working properly. some of the tables at the doors came apart . The communication by phone was difficult.

Great location. Quiet place with an industrial vibe inside an historical building. Interior garden and café area are open to the public.

Very good concept concerning the hi-tech keys... But it doesn't always work... The breakfast is by menu... More clean but it might be short for a 4star hotel... The room had a smell... Needs more careful from the cleaning side.

Perfect location, in the old center but in a most quiet part with a small empty square in front to relax, only a few steps from the Cathedral and must sees. The room was cosy minimalistic with an interactive mirror in the bathroom. The huge balcony with a view on the inside terrace and Cathedral, lots of sun and 2 big ‘chaise longue’ were just stunning! The staff was there when you needed them and were incredible friendly and helpful. We took the brunch in the morning on the rooftop terrace and we were amazed about the quality and the amount. Highly recommended!

A small safety light on the ceiling in the room was a bit annoying as it lightened the room a bit. I guess it can be switched off.

Everything. It was perfect for us.

Could,nt get in the front door when we first arrived and had to find the telephone number to talk to someone but in the end someone came and opened the door. Small hiccup which was soon sorted.

The hotel is very well located near to the old city. Lunch menu was very good at a very reasonable price. The staff were excellent.

The room was small and lacked space for unpacking. Unfortunately the hotel management decided that air conditioning should be turned off as it was off season but bit was very much needed. Also the ‘tech’ used to gain access to the hotel and room did not always work.

The look and style of the hotel right in the historical area of Salamanca. Nice and clean too!

nice location - short walk to the cathedral, but without the bustle and noise of the centre.

tech nerds will love it! QR codes, colour changing LEDs, an interactive mirror. all a bit too complicated - hopefully it won’t go wrong!

It was easy to find the hotel. Very specious and clen room. Friendly and very helpful staff.

The reception is not open 24h and self-check in process is not straight forward. I have paid to bookings.com and then I had to pay again during check in to get access to the room. Hotel promised the refund but I found it quite inconvenient.

Hotel was very clean and location and staff were very good. Breakfast was ok not outstanding. Nice big room.

Hotel would benefit from a comfy communal area eg lounge or bar inside hotel. We had large room with balcony..for which we paid extra but we're disappointed no chairs on balcony.
