Hotel Hispedium…is clean and comfortable. I gave it a 9 b/c there were a couple of flies in my room- I think the cleaning woman would open the windows when cleans the windows had no screens. Also,I prefer the washable bed coverlet that the Marriott hotels use as opposed to a bedspread, that might not be washed as often. The location is good but it is a good uphill walk to the town center. The staff is friendly and the $10.00 breakfast buffet was very good.

For the price not much.

Loved everything about our stay but especially the staff.. we were welcomed by a friendly young man which set the scene for a lovely 2 night stay.

we wanted a hotel that didn’t require us to navigate the streets of the old city and tight parking This hotel was perfect in that respect. Easy to get to and parking in the nearby public lot was easy. It was quiet ,being outside the City center .A good thing since Salamanca is a college town. The staff were super friendly and helpful . We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Salamanca.

the drawback was that it did require a steep walk into the city-so if you like popping in and out of your hotel this might not be the best location. We made two trips into town in the day we were here and we are seniors. You are rewarded with a great view of the cathedral for your efforts.

Good location

Vey noisy room at night. Shouting and drunk eople located in the casino area of the hotel next to our room didn't really help. We unfortunately had a short night sleep and didn't really understand why nobody told the guests in the casino area to o just shut up... Especially at 2.00am!

Good cycle storage inside. Great breakfast. Comfortable room. Perfect location just outside the city walls with a view (from a high window) of the cathedral.

A kettle in the room would be good, but that's pretty rare in Spain.

We liked that it had breakfast and the location was excellent. The staff were really friendly.

The air conditioning wasn't working properly. The facilities were a little bit outdated.
