El apartamento es pequeño y está todo en la misma estancia, la cama de matrimonio un poco pequeña.
Es un edificio de propietarios bastante grande y el acceso al garaje no es directo desde el edificio.
Está un poco deteriorado en general.

Estuve alojado en el apartamento con mi pareja, para la llegada todo fueron facilidades, Juan muy atento, nos ofreció consejo sobre todos los lugares que debíamos de visitar, restaurantes, tapeo... Muy atento también sobre nuestra comodidad preguntando sobre la calefacción por si hubiera algún problema, pero todo lo contrario estuvimos muy a gusto.
Y el tener una plaza de garaje incluida en el alojamiento es un plus.

Location was great.
Kitchen had salt vinegar olive oil napkins. Also had sponge and soap.
AC was great because it was hot.
Garage was close to the place (street on the corner).
Kitchen was missing some towel to clean the dishes. Not a big deal since we had one.
Pillows were a bit hard.
Glass of the bath could be bigger. We spilled some water on the floor.
The staff was quick to helps us into the apartment, however he could have told us to park 10 min in front of the apartment to take out our baggages. We had to carry all luggage from the garage into the street and then to the apartment. I thought it had some internal elevator into the apartment but this was not the case. I tried to send some messages to understand what would be better (park in front or go directly to the garage) but I think he only spoke Spanish so the English messages were not completely understood. He seemed in a hurry so he might just wanted us to go inside so he could carry on with other stuff.

The host Juan and sol kept in touch, before during and after our stay.
Sol met us at the property to show us around.
The location was perfect just a 5-10 min walk to the cathedral and shops.
The garage perfect to ensure safety for our motor bike and peace of mind.
The apartment had superb view of the cathedral.
Well worth the money. Better than I expected. We will definatley stay here again on trips in Spain.
The only thing I can fault is the pillow was to big and to hard. I like a soft pillow.

Excellent location close to all the major attractions. Well equipped and comfortable apartment with beautiful view from the balcony. Very convenient undercover parking, plus the lift in the building. Host Juan was in touch with us before the arrival and met us at the garage. His advice on the restaurants was spot-on!

Excellent value for money. Great location an easy walk to the old city, well-equipped flat with free parking (!). Juan is a helpful and friendly host. It’s not high-end, located in a residential block of flats, but it is clean and everything works. Was great to have a washing machine and a safe place to leave the car.

Easy secure parking, Juan met us on arrival for immediate entrance to the garage which was very convenient. Shirt walk to Roman bridge (lots of wildlife) and city centre. Cannot think of anywhere better to stay.

The apartment was in a very central position to view Salamanca and we had a view of the cathedral which was good.
The host met us at the underground garage under the apartment and explained everything well.
The apartment was well equipped for 2 people and the lift made it much easier as we were on the 4th floor.
The bed was a little small and there was no bottle opener or tea towels plus the aircon remote didn't work. You could use it manually though.

It was very noisy, we were woken up at 7am by the neighbours. Also what I didn’t like and wasn’t expecting is being asked constantly via whatsapp by the person who rented the apartment and lastly imagined the apartment bigger.

Check in went well. The owner‘s wife met me at the apartment and let me in. She spoke Spanish. I would use Google translate if you have any questions. I decided to check out early and the owner accommodated me by refunding me in Euros. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment is very clean. I’m not sure about the Wi-Fi situation because I bought a huge data package with a Spanish Sim card so I just used my own. The location might be difficult for anyone that has trouble with hills. if you do, stay inside the old town.
From 6 o’clock until 8:30 a neighbor had music blaring loud with the base. I was taking a nap at the time so that was not ideal.

Nice location, the communication with the owners was excellent. The car parking was great.
The sofa was uncomfortable. The table was too high for the chairs. The soundproofing is poor, there seemed to be a party of vampires next door moving furniture (soil filled coffins maybe) at all hours throughout the night which was very loud and disturbing.

The agent was excellent in his prompt response and excellent service, waited for us to arrive and took the time to show us the parking and the flat. The flat was simply excellent, could not fault a thing. The location superb.

Location was close to the beautiful cathedral. The secure free parking was a comfort as we had a month's worth of stuff!
The close restaurants were near the cathedral catering to mainly students. Pizza pasta and tapas, boring and not very nutritious

Very nice apartment for 3 people, or two adults and two small children. The double bed is comfortable. The sofa is not comfortable to sleep two adults over 1.60

The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-equipped and in a great location. Communication from Juan was immediate and he gives you many recommendations for things to do and restaurants to eat in. You are a 10 minute walk from the cathedral entrance. There are 2 small markets nearby, as well as a few local bars which offer low cost breakfast, lunch or tapas. Parking was secure and free. This was a good value, and I would definitely rebook here.

Free undercover parking within walking distance of the city. Lovely view of the Cathedral from the balcony. Everything was perfect. Could not have found a better place. Highly recommended
