I love the place and it is my second time staying at this place. Housekeeping staff named Kis was very diligent with her job and attend to our needs as we had a toddler

The staff named Nitya was not attentive enough when replying to our needs. Been telling that we need an extra towel but only reply late at night. When i eventually told her to clean my room which i came down to the reception counter and she had forgotten about it. I was wondering why they do not have an extra room keys for the housekeeping to enter and clean our room? I also booked for the same room as last year but i got a smaller room instead. I was told by the housekeeping staff that the people at the reception counter, most of them are new. hope this can be improve in terms of communication as they only provide communications thru whatsapp. Reception staff needs to know the rooms well as to not anyhow give any rooms which was told by the housekeeping staff as well

this room is clean, comfort for family, easy to find restaurant, near with Genting Premier Outlet, have access/bridge to small town at L5, nice view, complete kitchen tools. i will suggest this properties to my friend. tq.

The main door for unit that I stay was broken coz is very hard to open the door after you touch the key...need to push harder to open it...and it make a very noisy sound when to closed it back

Not much to like. Positive point. Beds were comfortable enough.

The lights at the car park were switched off before 7pm. We checked in at 330pm. It was very very dark at the car park and we couldn't find our way to our parking bay nor could we find our way out due to the nil lighting so the signages were not visible. It took us ONE HOUR from our parking bay to exit the car park at 630pm!! The water pressure was very low, so be aware when flushing the toilet if you are a group of three. We checked out at 9am on the next day. We wanted to get out of that darned place ASAP. Then at 12:30pm someone from the 7Stonez (the building mgmt) called and asked if we had left anything behind. We were puzzled. We checked and we don't remember leaving anything behind. When we called them and asked them what was the item they found, they said they found a wallet and stated a name found on a card in the wallet. Obviously it wasn't ours as we didn't leave any wallet behind. Then they said that they would be charging us for late check out. Like huh? We told them we checked out at 9am already. That was the end of it.

Everything went smooth and room was wonderful - clean and with great view!

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this!

Very strategic location, near mart and restaurant, around 15 minutes to GPO and 30 minutes to Sky Avenue. The house is very clean, cozy, and have good facilities such as kitchen, fridge, washing and dryer, microwave and etc. Suitable for short escape, honeymoon for couple or for family.

Everything was ok so far, but if you don't like drinking water, please bring your own mineral water. This is not hotel so there is no free instant coffee or toiletries. The rest are ok and good.

Conveniently located near to eateries, grocery shops, watsons, starbucks that was a 5 min walk way through the link bridge to the hotel side via L5. The apartment was a good size for 3 adults, with one queen bed in the bedroom and a single bet set up in the living area. There was no aircon in the living area but the fan could still cool the space well. It was very clean upon check in and you could request for housekeeping if required. Just remember to drop off your keys at the reception. Wifi was quite stable throughout the stay. Overall value for money!

It was advertised that there would be a clothing rack but they were not able to provide that. So even if you used the washing machine, there was no place to hang the clothes. The shower holder was also a little loose. TV signal was weak and would go off and on every few seconds so it was impossible to watch anything. The card reader in the lifts were not very responsive and can take a while to recognise the apartment card. May also be difficult to get a grab depending on the time and weather conditions.

Apartment is clean, facilites is good, spacious space, nice view, good location and reasonable price for a 2 bedroom apartment. Even the budget hotel nearby is cost me more than this place

The sofa need to replace or repair.. No complementary instant coffee or tea No hairdryer Reading at previous review, i aggreed that the process at the reception counter is quite slow. I came late at 10pm and there is only 2 guest in front of me but only 1 staff. The staff is good but I think maybe the system is slow. I can imagine if I came at peak hour.

So long to get into the apartment. I try to check in 30 min early since we can park and standby to unload. They mention the apartment still under cleaning. Ok la we wait another 30 min. Then, when we want to check in, the queue already long and very slow. The time we got into the apartment, theres a staff still inside the apartment. U didnt let us check in early but then already 30 min later than the check in time.
