Friendly and very helpful staff

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick. Für mich ist es wirklich am aller aller wichtigsten das die Unterkunft sauber ist. Und das Zimmer war Sauber.. Ich war sehr zufrieden.. Danke an den Manager und an das Team. Ich hatte zudem einen langen Aufenhalt gebucht, meine Reise hat sich spontan geändert. Und die Mitarbeiter haben sich bemüht mich früher auschecken zulassen.. Vielen Dank an euch💚

Hôtel très sympa avec vue sur la mer au 20 ème étage 😍. Équipements parfaits. Petit déjeuner à volonté complet et varié (sucré/salé). Personnel au petit soin et très aidant.

Vị trí xuất sắc: nằm trong con hẻm nhỏ trên trục đường chính Trần Phú & đối diện bãi biển. Rất phù hợp để dạo bộ cũng như có rất nhiều dịch vụ & cửa hàng tiện lợi xung quanh. Giá phòng khá ưu đãi vào dịp chúng tôi đến. Phòng rộng, trang thiết bị hiện đại, tiện nghi và hoạt động hiệu quả. Máy lạnh làm lạnh nhanh, nước nóng gần như có ngay lập tức, giường êm. Nhân viên bảo vệ & trông xe rất thân thiện và hữu ích.

- sehr hellhörig, Türen ließen sich nicht leise schließen - Frühstückszeiten sehr zeitig ( 6-9 Uhr ) - Kühlschrank war defekt

Tôi thích các tiện nghi, trang thiết bị như hình miêu tả, khách sạn ỡ địa điểm dễ tìm kiếm,

Mình đặt 2 phòng 2 giường lớn, nhưng có 1 phòng giường được ghép từ 2 phòng nhỏ, làm giường bị chia đôi ở giữa, mong khách sạn khắc phục, Có 1 ra giường bị dơ.

The location is nice. tucked away in an alley but just a minute away from the beach. it's a good low cost option. and the staff are warm and helpful and can communicate in English without google translate.

there's nothing i particularly didn't like. there's some signs of facilities getting older and the door makes a loud noise when being closed. but it wasn't too disruptive.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, central to shops, restaurants, and beach, yet very quiet. Towels and water were replenished every day. Great price.

Sạch sẽ được đặt lên hàng đầu trong tiêu chí chọn ks của mình, tiếp theo là cách phục vụ của nhân viên, bố trí trong phòng... mọi thứ đều rất xứng đáng cho chuyến du lịch của gia đình nhé❤️

WARNING!: Hotel will attempt to CHARGE YOU DOUBLE, for example CHARGE YOU TWICE FOR LAUNDRY! You have to prove to the staff with receipts that you already paid for Laundry and other services. Staff does not believe costumer. Make sure to CHECK all invoices before paying! Otherwise you may risk LOSING A LOT OF MONEY. BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! STAY HERE WITH CAUTION!

Room cleaning was very poor. There was still sand in my room after cleaning. The service at hotel such as bike rental is very bad. You should better order outside.

They give you a checklist of the things in the room. Anything missing or soiled they charge you. Luckily I checked against the list and found one hanger short. No balcony.

Indoor pool for morning swim. Clean modern and comfortable room. Great staff with good English. They were very helpful with ticket complications gave good advice, fab team! The beach was across the road.

Such great value for money! Brilliant location right near the beach and rooms super clean & spacious Staff absolutely lovely especially Alex he couldn’t have done more for us Let us check in early at 9am after our sleeper bus which was greatly appreciated as I did not get any sleep on the bus We used the sauna too which was lovely - you pay extra for this but it’s not too much Great gym equipment too to have a little workout was really nice Breakfast was good for the money - not so much choice but for £12 a night still very good We didn’t actually use the pool as it was too cold for me but it looked beautiful and had lots of nice seating around it with a lovely view
