Nothing really good.

- THE ROOM WAS VERY NOISY DURING THE DAY, THE NOISE ISOLATION WAS TERRIBLE, I COULD NOT PROPERLY RELAX - Terrible location. You have to spend a lot of time to get to the hotel and find it. - And the cherry on the cake was an incident on the way out. I left my suitcase with my documents at the reception and asked to wait until I had to withdraw money from my card because THE HOTEL DOES NOT ACCEPT CARDS. While I was busy looking for an ATM, my friend and I were in a bike accident. Because of this, we had to go to the hospital. And at this time, the hotel wrote me in a message in booking.com, starting to threaten me with the police because of the $44 (1 million dong), although I left my suitcase, which contains my documents as a deposit. This is the most horrible attitude, which should not be in good hotels. - Staff know english very badly, they can't understand even basic english - Cleaner only works until 2 pm and can not be called upon request, only to wait, which often left me without cleaning - The room didn't even have basic hand soap

Very quiet area but still close to the center (15-20 min walk), to the beach (5 min walk) and to the train station (15-20 min walk). Very clean room, comfortable bed and bedsheets smelled nice. The owner is very friendly, polite, speaks good English. He helped me to call a taxi. There is an elevator. Welcoming music at the lobby.

Well first I was little bit shocked by the tiny size of the room. it supposed to be “Deluxe Double Room”. But other day I just got used to it. Definitely smaller than it looks at the pictures. For everything in mini bar even drinking water you have to pay. The English of the receptionist should be improved, he is trying hard to help though.

One of the best places we've stayed in Vietnam. Staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Although they spoke little English we were easily able to communicate and they helped us book a bus to Da Lat and even gave us a motorbike ride to the bus stop to save us walking. Room was really spacious and clean and cleaned daily. Shower was hot. Good location too.

A nice comfortable hotel with a good price. -The beds are nice( not too hard, not too soft). -The staff is willing to help when you need it. -You have all the necessary amenities. -They clean the room every day. We received more than we expected and we recommend this place if you’re looking for a nice and comfortable place.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was - rooms were very nice and clean. Lovely stay

The overhead shower head did not work (but the smaller head did) as it was a short stay we did not mind, but it would have been inconvenient had we been staying longer - however it just seemed like the screw had come loose so I’m sure it’s an easy fix! otherwise we had no complaints
