Fantastic home, great location, perfect for entertaining, Belinda was extremely helpful and responsive. We enjoyed a lovely week with family. It was a very hot summer week - worth noting that there is only air conditioning in the main living area and not the bedrooms. Amazing home - thanks Belinda for a lovely week!

We needed a house of a chilled holiday while visiting friends and family in Mosman and our hosts provided this in spades.
The house sleeps 8 comfortably and more if children don’t mind sleeping on sofa beds.
Parking was easy and it’s a lovely neighbourhood.
Thank you to our kind hosts who made our visit so easy.

We were a group of 8, two families and a teenage friend in Sydney for 12 days for the Women’s World Cup. Belinda’s home was a uniquely comfortable, convenient and restful home base. Everyone had ample privacy and elbow room, and we hosted other friends in town for watch parties for the out-of-town matches. The A/V setup was exceptional, and the open plan living-dining-lounge space perfect for low-key and relaxed entertaining. The buses along Military Road a short walk away got us into the Central Business District In minutes, while Mosman offers lovely walks and a plethora of local shops within a short radius. All in all, this is a remarkable property in an ideal location for time in Sydney and environs!

Beautiful property in lovely neighbourhood of Sydney hosted by the most wonderful Belinda.
The house is as good as its images suggest and a fantastic venue for a group. We had three generations of our family staying and all seven of us loved it.
Belinda is brilliant, left us a welcome pack including lovely wine. All her communication was excellent and we had to reach out to her after we left to rescue us when we lost our passport. She was replying at all hours and managed to help us find our passport. She's an angel. Huge shout out to the guest that was living there and found the passport too!
Mosman is a great spot and the house is in a a quiet street with easy access into the city and beautiful beach within a half hour walk. Shops and restaurants are closer still .

We rented Alegria for a family group who came from the US for a wedding in Mosman. We had 7 adults and a child and were very comfortable and happy during our stay. When not out and about, we spent a lot of time in the pool, out on the back deck and playing ping pong. The home has absolutely everything needed to cook and entertain. It is large so there was enough room/bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. The neighborhood is fantastic with shopping, restaurants, parks and playgrounds a short distance. It was also super safe and quiet with easy parking. Belinda the host was so friendly and I can’t believe our luck at being able to stay in such a gorgeous home. Thank you Belinda!

Brilliant location in a beautiful neighborhood. Short walk to shops, only minutes to the zoo, or ferry terminal to catch to the city.
The pool was fantastic, a highlight of our stay.
We had lots of people in our group, and the property accommodated us all with ease.

We hired this property in preparation for our sons wedding. The location was perfect with everything we needed located nearby, the house was perfect with lots of different rooms & spaces for our family to spread out.

Great location, very convenient to Everything
Belinda is very warm and welcoming owner, the house is at great location, easy access to IGA, beaches and Taronga Zoo.Sydney has lovely weather in winter,We do love the gas open fireplace between dining and living area,we really enjoy our stay.

Wow! Luxury house and perfect location! Every small detail cover.
We had a fantastic 18 nights at Allegria. We are a family travelling from the UK for my daughters wedding in Sydney. We wanted a home from home to be able to host the wedding preparations, along with Christmas and New Year. Belinda met us and explained how to use all the amazing facilities of this super Hi-tech luxury home, she instantly makes you feel at home with everything you could possibly need. The house has so many fabulous features including a fabulous entertaining kitchen/lounge/dining room with bi-fold doors to the outside entertaining area complete with lovely new BBQ and the beautiful swimming pool.
Location wise, again perfect, walking distance to Mosman’s lovely shops and restaurants, the ferry to the city and the bus stop. We found it hard to leave the house and would definitely recommend this house to anyone who appreciates a high standard of living and a perfect host. Thank you Belinda x

Lovely House with Everything you need at your Disposal
We were 2 families plenty of room and facilities in the house, beautiful house in a lovely suburb of Sydney, close to Mosman Shops and Sydney Ferry a short walk away to travel into the city for the day. Would stay again.

Great house, wonderful location, restaurants, supermarket, movie theatre close by. Even have a vet at the end of the street ! Perfect for dogs.

We rented Alegria for a family gathering to celebrate my mother in law's 80th birthday in January, 4 adults and 2 children. The house was perfect for our needs, with level access for elderly guests, reverse cycle air-conditioning, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas for everyone to relax in privacy and comfort. Fabulous designer kitchen and entertaining areas with outdoor kitchen and swimming pool. Walking distance to Mosman and Cremorne villages, art deco cinema and stunning Balmoral Beach for restaurants, cafes and scenic harbour walks. Belinda a fabulous, generous host, who met us on arrival and explained all the features of this stunning home. She left us lots of information on the local area and was on call to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

Immaculate state of the art house.
We stayed there as a family and had a marvellous time, house immaculate. Could not be more happy with the facilities as there is everything you could imagine at your fingertips, all of it first class and the latest technology.

Beautifully appointed and well located
We recently had a 9 night stay at Alegria while visiting family and friends in Sydney. Alegria is very close to shops/restaurants and to beautiful walks that we enjoyed each day with our pet spoodle. The house itself provides all the modern conveniences, is very comfortable and spacious providing three separate sitting areas and a well designed pool and backyard. Alegria is also in a quiet street. Belinda ensures that guests are made to feel very welcome including providing a Christmas tree for us to enjoy during our stay as well as welcome champagne and chocolates. We would definitely stay at Alegria again when we are next in Sydney.
