Only the bed was good.

Other than bed, everything was a trash. Staff behaviour, cleanliness etc were so bad. Not recommended to stay in this hotel.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been to. The behavior of the manager is extremely bad. Starting from the rooms to the managers behavior, everything was horrible. We reached at late in the night, and taking advantage of the fact that, there is a lockdown after 10 pm and no cars will be available at that time for us to look for other accommodations, he made us live in lower standard rooms than what we had booked. He will charge the full amount on the first day so that you can’t shift to another hotel the next day if you wish to. Almost all hotel rooms in the Apollo Hospitals area has fridge since most of the customers are patients and require fridge to store medicine. None of the rooms we were given had a fridge. He treats his customers very badly and sets his own terms and conditions. The phones in the rooms don’t work and you need to go all the way down to call for room service. And then he will ask you why you need that room service. He will pass comments on his customers in local language everytime you head out. He looks for opportunities to get into an argument/fight with the customer. If you complain he will threaten you by saying he has connections with local goons and police and if we want to live in that area we have to accept his terms and conditions. The rooms look good from the outside, but only once you get in you’ll realize the bedsheets and the blankets are not cleaned. I’ve literally seen them use the same blanket and bedsheet we used, to set up the room for the new customers when we were checking out. Avoid this place.
