Everything. The location. The view. The decorations and art inside the house. Exploring the rock pools with my grandchildren. Long walks. Proximity to Hermanus. The markets.Two fireplaces in the house. We braaied every night and sat in front of fire and played cards till late. Sliding doors open to stunning seaviews. We loved it and allowed for quality time with my family. Absolute gem and we will be back. Thank you Annette for your very explanatory whatsapp and service you delivered.

The location of the house was beautiful, had everything we needed and more - everything was so close to where we were and worked very well!

Atemberaubende Aussicht direkt auf den Ozean . Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer bewachten Anlage . Super nette Haushälterin, Gärtner etc Die Eigentümerin per WhatsApp auch nett und freundlich . Riesen Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmer., Wohnbereich 3 duschen Top preisleistung

Die Wohnung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen überall Rost und brüchig In der Badewanne gibt es keine handbrause , dafür kann man aber in der Garten Wohnung duschen Die Dusche in der Wohnung ist sehr beengt und halt verrostet Wir hatten Probleme beim Code und konnten leider stundenlang die Vermieterin nicht erreichen . Ein Nachbar ließ uns dann in die Anlage Keiner hatte uns vorher mitgeteilt , dass es auch einen Security Eingang gibt der durch die townships geht . Es ist ein bizarres Spiel sowieso da die Anlage sich neben einem so Dorf auch befindet . Aber das ist wohl eher typisch Südafrika Für mich als Europäerin ein trauriges Bild

Everything was very nice. Nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed the fact that the property is right on the beachfront. The sunsets were amazing!

The view is breathtaking and was pleasantly surprised by an indoor braai that was so welcomed with the winter weather.

It’s not dislikes more improvements. 1. The fourth bedroom that is advertised is a little apartment outside/ detached from the main house - this should be mentioned for those that have smaller / younger children or those assuming it’s all in one house. For those couples / teenagers that are looking for something separate - it’s a cute little section for privacy. 2. A shower over the bath in the en suite would be a wonderful value add as it will help with the congestion of 6 people in the main house needing to shower.
