Location, location , location

The property was as described and imaged. The owner was responsive and helpful. The beach is just steps away and the spa was delightful. I hope to come back.

Can walk to the beach right outside. Can walk to lots of restaurants. Nice partial view of the beach from the back deck. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen. It would have been nice if the large window in the living room could be opened as it faces the beach.

This place was amazing! i’d recommend it to anybody…. Short walk to restaurants and bars, and the beach is right there…. AMAZING!

Easy walking distance to everything. The kitchen is very well equipped, plenty of towels, and the entire place was very clean!

Easy to check in and out. Everything was walking distance Pool deck was awesome place to hang out and pool temperature is warm and nice! We had a great time!!!

The property and location were great. However, we asked the owner to heat the pool and turn the jets on. She charged us $58 to do so and then would not return my text when the pool would not heat and the jets would not turn on. So I would save your $58!

My wife and I absolutely loved this little VRBO! It was exactly as listed, clean, reserved parking, on the beach, walking distance to shopping and the property manager was very polite, kind and helpful. Sadly, we found out this property is being sold and torn down. We would have loved to stay again in the near future.

This place was a little slice of heaven. Very clean, convenient to the beach, walking distance to numerous shops and entertainment and restaurants. It was perfect for the 3 of us! The point of contact JR also amazing, he was available to answer with questions or concerns and very helpful. This will be our go to place anytime we stay. Thank you JR!

Amazing spot really didn’t have to drive to anything, right on the beach everything was amazing, the only negative I would say it was really hot when we got there because the air conditioning was not on and it took a long time to cool it down, and we made sure we kept all the shutters closed to keep it cooler inside. But loved it and will be back.

The Sea Turtle Suite was just what we were looking for for a beach trip. The location was perfect-- right next to the beach and within walking distance to all the stores and restaurants. Everything was clean and the owner was very nice. Would definitely stay again!

The property was extremely clean and the kitchen was fully stocked, it was closed to everything! We loved our stay there and would highly recommend!

We had a great time at this property. We did get confused checking in with the two different units that are named differently but have the same number, but the property manager returned my call promptly, even though it was kind of late at night, and helped us out.

My daughter and I met my son down in Florida for a quick beach getaway. This place had everything we needed, free parking, seconds to the beach and walking distance to all shops and dining. This house is just a blocks of Palm Pavillion and Frenchy’s, both a must if you stay here. We definitely will be back with the rest of family and look to upgrade to the larger unit.

It was a few steps away from the beach the pool was nice. Washer and dryer available to guests.

Great location! Enjoyed our stay. Would stay there again. The bedroom did get a bit warm at night even with the A/C on. Maybe this happens with the door closed?

We loved staying in the Sea Turtle beach rental! The location was perfect for our family. Having smaller children and being within walking distance to the beach was amazing. It was nice to be close enough to walk back real quickly if we forgot something. The contact for the rental was very pleasant and helpful. There was a small incident with parking spots and another tenant but the owner/manager of the property was very quick to resolve the issue and was very apologetic. I would absolutely recommend this property and we plan to book with them again!

This property is amongst a group of (I think) 4 others. This unit is up the stairs next to the pool. It is right on the beach and within walking distance to all the attractions on the island. Pros: The bed and couches were very comfortable. The towels and linens were good quality. It was useful for our a short stay on the beach. Cons: I found the dishes dirty and needed to wash them before doing anything. There weren't any glasses. Just plastic cups and a couple mugs. The silverware looked as if it has taken a spin through a garbage disposal. It was cut up. You need to be careful not to get cut on the fork and spoons. The magnet on the fridge of the girl with giant bobble chest was tacky and not appreciated. The kitchen was quiet small and difficult to do anything in. The dinning chairs were wierd and modern, difficult to sit in. Had to jump up on them and be careful not to fall off or lean back. The king sized bed is too big for the room, you can't fully open the bedroom door. This could be fixed if the side tables were removed from the room and pushed the bed to the wall. The biggest problem with this space was the air-conditioning. You aren't allowed to lower past 75°. We had to keep the fans in the house on to keep from getting overheated since the a/c felt useless. But the fans made our noses very stuffed up. BUT the most ridiculous thing about this property is that no matter were you are in this space, you will have a sign in your view about what you are not to do. The 'welcome' book is really just a book of all these things you better not do or the owner with bill you. Not very welcoming. In the living room on the wall is posted a no smoking sign. And on the walls are pages of posting of what not do. The bathroom did not escape the signs. In the bathroom there is a posting that if their septic system breaks they will bill you. If they find sand in the pool, they will bill you. If the a/c unit freezes up, they will bill you. If you don't follow the check out instructions perfectly, they will bill you. Home ownership seemed to be a burden. Overall - it was nice to have a place to stay on the beach. The bed and couch were comfortable. But this space is overpriced. You are paying to be on the island.

The place was clean, quiet, and quaint !!!! Really enjoyed the close location and easy access to the beach !!! The manager was very helpful and friendly . Would love to come back again!!!!!

This quaint little place was a pleasant surprise and the perfect place to stay for a weekend at the beach. It was steps away from the beach access and had so much charm and character. Clean linens, well stocked kitchen, a great outdoor seating area and beach views from the balcony. The space is a little tight, especially in the bedroom but let’s be honest, who is staying indoors when you’re steps away from the gorgeous beach, restaurants, and shopping that are all within walking distance. We hope to come back to visit here again in the future.

Location and cleanliness were great! You can tell they care about their home. We plan to come back with friends and family to rent all of the units together!

We loved the property it is in a great location to all the hot areas. The only issue we had was the air conditioning is a little lacking. We visited in October so it was a little cooler so we were able to deal with it. But I can see it being problem mid summer.

It was very nice. Close to the gulf. It was clean and quiet. I give it 5 stars.

This is my 3rd time at the property and it never disappoints. Highly likely I will come back again. Everything is walking distance or a short trolley ride away.
