Wonderful stay!

Great place and location to visit the city of Dublin. Very private and quaint. The host was very responsive when we needed to see a doctor and set up the appointment. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

We had a great experience here. This place was great us four adults. A lot of space spread out after a long day of exploring. Centrally located near most of the major tourist attractions. The owners were very hands on and responsive to any issues we had. Would highly recommended.

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Flat is spacious with a large outdoor area to use in warm weather. It's a great location, walkable to many points of interest. Olga is responsive to questions, communication was good. If I was to travel back to Dublin I would certainly look at this location in the future.

Orla was a great hostess, very responsive to all my questions. The flat was completely lovely, decorated nicely with comfortable furnishings. Our little group enjoyed making a few meals in the flat. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. I sincerely hope this is available next time we visit Dublin. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We've been to Dublin several times in the past few years, and this was by far our favorite rental property.

The apartment is located in a safe area that is conveniently located to most sites in Dublin. The host is responsive and friendly. We visited in winter but I imagine the outdoor patio is amazing in the better weather. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Apartment was in a fabulous location close to restaurants/shops/attractions and tour bus pick ups. Neighborhood was safe and apartment is well appointed. Only thing they should change is more and better towels and some hooks in the bathrooms to hang up hand towels and shower towels. I would absolutely stay here again when visiting Dublin and would highly recommend to anyone else visiting Dublin. Orla was great at answering questions and communication prior to and during our stay. They were even able to get us checked in to the apartment a bit earlier as we landed at 5:00 am. Beds were very comfortable too.

Loved our 3 day stay at Orla’s penthouse in the Temple Bar area. I highly recommend the apartment and its location.

What a great place to stay! 4 adults were comfortable inside and out. Beds were clean and comfortable. Within walking distance to any pub you fancy! We walked to Guinness and Jameson and did their tours! Grafton St. has all the shopping you need! Also, close to groceries for beers and wine!! Thank you Orla for sharing your home!

Location is really great, you can't get more central in Dublin. It's all on walking distance, with perfect parking underneath. Apartment has all you need, modern with great spacious outside terras, but would do with a bit of tlc. And with great host. BTW whiskey bar around the corner was a really nice highlight of the evening. Tennant house ar 14 Henriette St. was our most impresive activity.

Orla was incredibly responsive and helpful from the very beginning. She offered suggestions for restaurants and pubs she was also very accommodating with check in. The penthouse was safe, clean and we had no complaints. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who wants to be within walking distance of many attractions!

The unit was in the perfect location for our visit! If you don’t like noise, it might not be the best for you because the neighborhood stays poppin’ well into the late night. However, it was walking distance from 90% of the places we wanted to go to! The apartment was just perfect for our group of three. Clean, spacious, all the amenities (the Nespresso machine was *chefs kiss*) and very responsive hosts! The unit did have one inconvenience, which is a lack of hot water. If you want to shower with hot water, make sure you’re the first one up!!! It goes quickly and comes slowly. The locals said it was common to have that problem so it might be an issue anywhere you choose to stay.

Orla was reliable, informative, and helpful right from the point of booking. This is a light, airy, modern apartment with a great roof terrace in the heart of the City. The entrance to the apartment is off a small side street in Temple Bar and although in a vibrant area it is quiet and private being on the top/4th floor of the apartment block. It is within very close proximity to the main attractions of the City, including Trinity College (Dublin University). It is also close to many restaurants of all kinds, and shops. Thank you. This is a great rental in Temple Bar Area of Dublin. Great nightlife location. Easy access to rest of city via Uber and Hop On/Off bus at corner. Very clean and an amazing private patio! Some city noise as expected in this area.

At this property you are in the center of the Temple Bar region. A couple blocks to the Temple Bar and other great pubs and restaurants. A block away from the HOHO bus stop. The patio is great for morning. coffee or evening drinks. Lodging had a Keurig type coffee maker and pods were supplied. Host met us and directed us to parking as it is pretty hard to find initially. Only draw back is lodging is next door to a concert venue. Sound was pretty loud and couldn't close windows due to heat. It did ended about 9:30-10:00 and I don't thinks concerts are that frequent.

This is one of the loveliest places we have stayed in. The hosts have thought of everything. Location is walkable to most things and easy to get around. It is in Temple Bar so there is some noise sometime but to be expected. Thanks Orla and Noel for a great week in Dublin

Comfortable, clean, & IKEA furnished penthouse apartment in the heart of the Temple Bar area. Secure building with elevator. Modern kitchen & baths, and very comfortable beds. Extra large rooftop patio. Excellent communications with owner. Nespresso machine & pods was a nice feature.

We loved our stay at this property. Check in was seamless and it was very comfortable.

Orla was wonderful to work with. Property is in a great location. Very clean and bright. Issues with both sliding glass door locks broken (it is a private 4th floor so very little security concern, but still should be operable). Would have preferred better towels as well. Would recommend.

Simply put we had a great time. We are all over 50 and it was perfect for us beings in the middle of a good amount of the attractions that we wanted to see before heading out of Dublin. Thank you!

Property was as advertised- and wonderfully quiet (once we learned to turn off the hot water system at night), amazing, considering it is literally steps from most everything. We had a screwed up check in due to plane delays, but our hosts managed to meet us at the property at 8:30 am. When visiting Dublin, you cannot do better

Very nice apartment in lively Temple Bar area. Close enough to walk to all the Dublin sites. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Met by Noel who showed us the apartment and how things worked. So nice to have that personal touch. Well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper as is is in the bar area but wouldn’t hesitate to book this lovely place again.

Perfect location for enjoying the Temple Bar area and easily walkable to nearby attractions and shopping on Grafton Street. Easy to coordinate with hosts who were super friendly. Apartment was beautiful - just like pictured - and had everything we needed.

My husband (76), my friend (59) and I (also 59) stayed in this excellent penthouse apartment in mid-Dec 2022. We appreciated the building security, cleanliness, and elevator. The location suited us perfectly for ease of walking throughout Dublin. The apartment was extremely comfortable and roomy enough for all of us. It had everything you could want -- coffee, tea, linens, etc. -- and close enough to multiple Spar locations to grab anything else we required. There was some noise throughout the night, mostly glass being dumped into bins and the occasional exuberant crowds, but it didn't detract from our delight with the apartment, and we would certainly book again in a heartbeat! The owners went above and beyond, which was the icing on the cake. What truly wonderful people.

You couldn't find a better spot in Dublin's Temple Bar area. It's convenient to restaurants and music venues, but is fairly well insulated from nighttime noise. Easy access to public transit to reach historic sites in central Dublin. Pleasantly furnished with elevator, good light, reliable wifi, and most mod cons. One bedroom and bath is distinctly smaller than the other, but it worked for us. Couldn't use the lovely rooftop patio, as we were there in the cooler, rainy season. Easy communication with genial owners. Would recommend to others.

because Orla and Noel's place exceeded my expectations on every level. It is comfortable and homey, with exceptional WiFi throughout and in a perfect location for exploring Dublin. The building is safe, convenient, and within walking distance to everything Dublin has to offer. I've stayed in many places over the past few years and this is one of my favorites.

Will stay here again! The hosts answered questions promptly before the stay. We were traveling by car to Dublin and did not have an exact time of arrival. But the host was flexible with meeting us later in the evening to provide the keys and discuss the flat. The apartment offered a locked parking area with a specific parking spot. That was a big help! The apartment was clean and had all the amenities in the kitchen that we needed. We had nice weather so we were able to enjoy the outdoor patio.
