An immaculate apartment well presented with amazing views from the balcony. Parking is very tight as others have mentioned. Also very tight space at end of bed making getting to left hand side very difficult. However all in all we had a very enjoyable holiday here. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Nice position for views, parking on site but limited space ,pub very close, all other pubs and shops around the harbour, but very steep walk back.

Wow !!!! We loved our stay here this year !!! The appartment was everything we asked for the view was amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed and more. Will be returning for another visit and will be staying at number 6. Mr and Mrs Miles Peterborough

Great location 5 minutes from the harbour and centre but it is on a hill so if you have mobility/ walking difficulties this may be an issue. Apartment looks a little dated from the outside but once inside it is clean modern and the view from the balcony is amazing. 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

The weeks holiday was fabulous, the flat is very well appointed, clean and to a very high standard. The bedroom however is very small and the allocated parking space is tiny with our mini looking too big. Overall we had a great week.

Beautifully presented apartment with magnificent views over Brixham harbour. If you don’t want to drive, only suitable for those fit enough for the steep descent/ascent to local amenities.

Been coming to Linden Court for 25 years on and off and it seems to get better every time. My holiday starts as soon as I see the view from the room. Everything is excellent apart from two minor points, a) tv picture keeps breaking up and b) table on verandah could be higher so we could sit down to a proper meal instead of stooping.

Fabulous!! Will be back for a 3rd stay.

We had a great stay over Easter, such a great location & the views are just amazing! The place was spotless & had everything we needed although as we had such wonderful weather it would have been nice to be able to eat on the balcony but this was just not possible, the table is not as shown in the photos & is not dining size/height. There are a few steps/hills to navigate to reach the apartment but it was worth the climb purely for the views. Overall a wonderful place to stay & lots of pubs/restaurants within walking distance to Brixham! We went on trips to Torquay & Dartmouth by boat & didn’t have to use our car one.
