location, Staff and food are better than expected level. In a short reservation less than 30min they have arranged our room. Staff is so helpful. Breathtaking view in the night and morning. Recommended.

After the reservation, when we arrived and on the way to the hotel, the staff claim that they didn't have any water and there is a water cut in the area but still as a reputed hotel, they didn't have an over head tank. So shameful and very disappointed since they asked us to move to another place last minute and the other place was lacking facilities. Please don't disappoint customers like this.

Facilities, AC was not working properly, n the amenities was not there for us. They had round pin sockets n all equipments such as water heaters etc. had squares. Not so well n cleaned. No tea cups, no water bottles we had to buy them additional payment were there.

This was one of the most negative experiences with hotels in my life: the room was completely infested with black fungus, even the smell in the room was unbearable, the walls and the ceiling were blackish. Also there was no windows in the room (and I booked it for a “gorgeous view”), only a door which led right to the steep dangerous staircase without any fence of handrail - it’s very dangerous even for adults and I was travelling with my 3y.o. baby! This hotel is completely unsafe for children and shouldn’t host them - the risk to fall down from 5-7 meters is super high. I ended up with the owner shouting at me on the phone. And afterwards I had to search for a new hotel and a taxi to get away from the place though no one wanted to come to that location in the late evening. I payed for both taxis - to come and to leave the place. The owner didn’t even try to help somehow. Later he just ignored the attempt of “Booking.com” manager to talk and settle down the conflict. Strongly not recommended to stay in this hotel.

Not enough space inside bathrooms. And not satisfactory about the cleanliness of the bathroom. No soap holder, No towel holder. Hot water did not work on the final day of the stay. Bathroom entrance did not have a carpet.
