お部屋がきれいで清潔感がありました。タオルなどエレベーターホールに用意され、必要なだけ部屋に持ち帰り使えるのが嬉しかったです。部屋にあるあるシャンプーやボディーソープもとても良質で気持ちがよかったです。部屋の広さも十分でした。２４時間あいているライブラリーもキッチンもほんとうにおしゃれで居心地がよく、ホテルにこもっていたかったです。ライブラリーの本！圧巻でした。 ホテル内にかけられている絵や写真も素敵でした。レストランはありませんが朝にはロビーの横にあるバースペースで、ベーグルサンドをいただくことができました。これがほんとうに美味しかったです。キッチンも清潔でした。夜中にスタッフさんたちがきれいに キッチンを磨き上げておられるのでしょう。キッチンを利用しているのはほとんどがインバウンドとお見受けしましたが、みなさんほんとうに礼儀正しくきれいに使用されていました。お部屋にあるホテルのコンセプトの書いてある写真集(クリップボードに写真がまとめられているもの)があり、それがとても気に入ったので、できたら 本になって売ってくれたらいいのになと思いました。 ほんとうに居心地がよかったのでまた利用したいと思っています。ありがとうございました。

良くないというほどのことはないのですが、 チェックインのときの説明が、 かなりの早口で所々　頭のなかで分析？しつつ 聞いていました。 もう少しゆったり話してくださるとよかったかなと 思いました。(感じがわるいとかではないです)

Friendly, helpful staff. Good sized room, well furnished. The fact that the window could be cracked open at night is a big plus from me.

Air conditioning was set too cold, and unable to be adjusted. There was a problem with the hot water during the stay.

Great hotel within 10 mins walking from the Kyoto train station. Their service staff are attentive and are able to help you with any questions/ amenities (I asked for extra hangers and to borrow their ironing board, all of which was provided to me sufficiently). While the double room is small, I think that's standard for Japan in general and it was enough space for me to lug my huge luggage + additional medium sized luggage kept underneath the bed. Shower had very good pressure + temperature, air-conditioning was easy to configure and I actually knocked out everyday sleeping on their bed (I'm a light sleeper so this speaks volumes lol) You can manually change your towels everyday [you need to put the used towels in the waste basket right next to the elevator] so that's great. Appreciate that all guests can get water from their basement downstairs, which doubled as a huge dining space + kitchen (with a few provided items) for those who need to use it. Overall, it's a beautiful hotel with great ambience. I really like the dim lighting the minute you enter the reception paired with great indie music playing lightly over the speakers. Definitely one of the better hotels I've stayed at, especially for the price. Highly recommend

Bellissima struttura, soprattutto per gli ambienti comuni, la stanza piccola ma funzionale di tutto. Staff gentilissimo, vicino alla stazione di Kyoto quindi comodo.

The hotel facilities were amazing! Big common area with kitchen, bar, places to sit, movie nights etc. it had the best vibe and felt like a big fancy living room :) the room itself had everything we needed and was very clean. Location was great on a super cute street with a lot of restaurants.

Room was very small. We made it work and it was good for us, but small.
