Bed was a little hard and short for my taller players.

My daughter and her bridesmaids all stayed in this comfortable home and in this cute neighborhood for her wedding weekend! It comfortably fit my daughter, and six of her bridesmaids, with plenty of room to get ready on the morning of her wedding plus have her bridesmaids brunch! Very well maintained and clean and cute!

When we first arrived, the fireplace did not work, two lamps downstairs did not work and the dishwasher did not work and there was a leak underneath the sink. We called management the next day and they sent someone to fix those items the following day. However, we still could not use the dishwasher because the bottom rack is not the right size. The hot tub did not work one of the nights, but we managed to fix that ourselves. The dryer was extremely slow, so it was hard to do laundry. Then on our last night, the garage smelled like burning plastic and then the hot water stopped working. We alerted management, but no one ever responded to me about the hot water. Overall a nice home and great location, but it requires a lot of maintenance!

Perfect location if planning on spending some time on the snowy Mt. Bachelor slopes! Not too far from town and all the fun food and activities as well. Be sure to check out the Nature Center and Observatory in Sunriver!!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Westbrook Meadows. Loved the Hot tub and backyard and the rooms were great. Solid location and the cleanliness was on point. Thanks so much!

Overall good experience other than no off street parking and lots of cobwebs in the windows and on window sills.

House definitely needs some TLC. Pretty dirty and run down. Jacuzzi light didn't work and there were no lights around it at night. Microwave has blue tape on top holding the face plate on. Master bedroom main light did not work. Blood stain on top of blue comforter. No shower curtain liner in either bathroom. Master Bedroom bed feels and sounds like it is going to break. Whole bed moves and squeaks if you barely move. Hard to get some sleep. Hose in backyard is severely cracked need a new one. The amount of dust on stair baseboards.... took a photo as it's black, but couldn't load photo. Said no pets online, yet there was a note in the fridge regarding pets and their stay at the house. We could see dog nose prints all over slider, from previous guest, so know dogs were there and note indicates they are ok to have. Online needs to be updated if that's the case as some people are allergic and others don't bring theirs as they think they can't. Overall home has great potential, but it doesn't look like it is taken care of very well. They just need to invest a little and do a thourough clean!

The rental property was affordable, clean, in an awesome location and just an overall very pleasant experience. I will happily stay another place titled “Meredith Lodging”. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time here! Very clean, comfy beds and a great neighborhood. The hot tub didn’t work on the second night though, when we got in it was at 86 degrees and we aren’t supposed to change the settings so we were kind of disappointed about that. The shower in the main bathroom also had horrible water pressure and the drain was very clogged. Other than that everything was great. Would definitely come back again!

We were very happy with the overall appearance and comfort of this home. The only thing I would comment is just be aware that it is a home in the middle of a bedroom community. We were in party/vacation mode but everybody around us was going to sleep at 10o’clock because we have to go to work in the morning mode.. Other than that it was a lovely property serious

Kitchen with basics. Not a lot of measuring devices but we managed. Sitting room small but clean. Poor water pressure in non master bathroom. Over all we enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for what we came to do which was to ski.

The home was well furnished and had good amenities, however it is in need of a deep cleaning inside and out. Unfortunately there was a lot of dust on all window blinds and around tv. The carpet was dirty and smelled. Outside there were cigarette butts and dog droppings all around the yard. The jacuzzi is also warn down with the lights and blower not working, and the master bathtub has very little water pressure and takes forever to fill.

We had a good weekend at the Osprey house in Bend. The size and layout of the house worked very well for our group and had every thing we needed. The 4th bedroom having a bed separate from the bunk beds was a plus for us as our group needs four bedrooms and we do not have any children in our group so we do NOT want bunk beds; this can be hard to find. The location of the house was great. Really convenient to get into town and also right off Century blvd which made going to the sno parks and Mt. Bachelor easy. Unfortunately there was no snow, which was certainly not the fault of the owner, and this was our second trip to Bend where this was the case so we are not coming back next year. We have now tried late January and late February so are not sure when is the best time to come to Bend for nordic skiing? A couple of things for the owner to know about and correct. When we arrived on Friday we could find no information anywhere in the house giving us the wi-fi code. I eventually found something in an email but it was wrong. Frustrating!!! Although it was late I took the time to send an email hoping it would be seen first thing in the am and a response sent with the requested password. I would think that phone messages and emails would be monitored on Friday nights and Saturday mornings as that is when many guests will arrive and figure out what is missing. In the morning there was no answer to my email so I had to call. The person I finally spoke to gave the code so that was helpful. The email was never answered so good thing we didn't wait on that. Also, the non bunk bed in the downstairs bedroom had no blanket and in fact none of the beds in that room had blankets. My sister did not notice when she went to bed as the house was warm and it was so late but when she woke in the night freezing the best she could do at that time was pull bedspreads off the bunk beds. We found her other blankets upstairs the next day but there should have been a blanket on her bed. Also, there was confusion on the checkout time. The Homeaway app says 5pm an email said 11am and we saw 9am in at least one different place. We did in fact leave right at 9am because of the poor snow in Bend we drove to Mt Hood and skied there on our way home to Seattle. If it is really 9am that is too early. When I originally booked the house last June I was sent a contract from Meredith Lodging to sign. I had never been asked to do this before by Homeaway so why?

Great house. Convenient to skiing at Mt. Bachelor and to downtown Bend. We felt comfortable like at home.

The beds and pillows were not comfortable at all the mattresses seem quite old and the pillows are not good at all. Shoe removal is required, which is fine, however a larger area or a bench would be convenient. The garage floor was very dirty so the possibility of tracking dirt into the house could have also come from there. Basic utensils were very nice but the cookware was worn and old. The house is nice but does need some upgrades.

Modern, clean, and located in a nice neighborhood. House looked just like the pictures, and the kids & dog enjoyed playing in the well kept backyard.

We booked this house for a family gathering, and it met the expectations for a clean place to stay close to town. The yard was great, backing up to a steep hill with natural landscaping and great privacy from behind the house. There are a few drawbacks, though: the house says it has A/C: it does not have a functioning central air conditioner. We arrived at the house to an indoor temperature of 84 degrees; so hot it was unbearable. The "A/C" was on full blast, pumping heated air throughout the house. Thankfully, a storm had just blown through outside, so we opened all the windows and doors to cool the house down enough to be livable. I called the property managers, and they sent a maintenance guy out within an hour, but he said they'd have to send someone out the next day to check the unit in the attic, which never happened and no follow-up took place. Instead, we discovered stand-alone A/C units in the closets, and set those up throughout the house. The listing should state that those will need to be set up, and the management company should know that the internal A/C unit doesn't work, so they don't turn it on for guests and wind up heating the house. The kitchen could use a few extra amenities: aluminum foil/saran wrap, things like that. Overall, a good stay, but would've liked to know about the air conditioning situation before arrival.

House has no AC as listed. We arrived and the house was 82 degrees. There are floor units, but the window ducting needs repaired. Additionally there was no welcome binder and no information to access hot tub. Contact Meredith and representative was pleasant. I was refunded for the hot tub fee + $152. I would not rent this house in summer months. The house was not comfortable when outside temps were in the high 70’s.

We had a wonderful weekend in Bend enjoying the sunshine and beer! The house was very clean, lots of towels and amenities available, perfect location to all the fun that Bend has to offer. We will definitely stay here again!

The location and house was great, but after staying in multiple VRBO's and Airbnb's, I do have some suggestions on how the house was (wasn't) prepared for our arrival. Soap dispensers in every bathroom, but no liquid soap. Bath towels were all stuffed under one cabinet in the master bath. No linens at all in the downstairs bath. Bacon grease setting in the bottom of the kitchen garbage can. One extra liner setting in the grease. Closets had extra supplies, but they were all tossed in closets. Dishes were chipped. Were not enough un-chipped dishes for all of us. We would stay again, but does need some attention.

It was a quick drive to several locations such as Old Mill, the river, downtown, etc. the neighborhood was very quiet and a great place to walk your dogs. The house was extremely clean and the backyard was nice for an outdoor dinner or to let the dogs run around. The house has 4 separate bedrooms and was quite spacious for our large family. We would definitely rent this property again.
