Everything was perfect.

The cabin was in tip top shape. Beautiful cabin, beautiful views, annd very close to everything. Our only issue was the inability to sleep in past 7am everyday due to the construction of the cabin being built next door. We wish they would start their day with drilling, sawing, and moving trucks at 8am instead.

This gorgeous spacious cabin has plenty of bedrooms, restrooms, sufficient sitting in common areas. The only downfall was the street access leading to cabin which is quit steep. Other than that we absolutely loved staying here.

We booked this property from Dec 25th - Dec 29th and we’re excited about the trip, it was our first VRBO experience but now it’s last. On December 22nd, one of our parents was critical and in ICU so we requested if the booking could be cancelled and if we could get refund but Jennifer from itrip vacation was extremely rude and repetitively told us that we signed the contract and they have to follow policy and it won’t be refunded. There was a storm in east coast area and we all still drove for 12 hours with 4 kids for whatever it’s worth. We reached on 25th evening and made plans for next day. On 26th morning we realized, there is no hot water in bathrooms for us to take shower. We emailed the property managers and tried calling several times. Their phones lined were busy with more than 10 minutes hold each time we tried calling, they also didn’t call us back after learning about the issue, they emailed us that they will send someone to take a look at. No body showed up for several hours. At 1.40pm one person (Daniel) came and after one hour of looking at the condition all he did was to ‘reset’ the thermostat and then we were supposed to wait for one to two hours to see if there is hot water. If there was NO hot water, we were supposed to let the property manager know again and then he will change some part of thermostat. We denied waiting for that long and asked the managers if they could provide us another cabin but they didn’t give us another cabin. Told us they are full ..which was a lie.. there were plenty of cabins around. We all (4 adults and 4 kids) were waiting to be showered where it was icy temperature outside and not even once the itrip vacation team apologized for the inconvenience but was extremely rude and kept arguing that this is something not in their control so they can’t refund the money. It was almost 3.15pm when we wanted them to move us to another cabin or refund our money but they denied. They gave us a deadline to vacate the property by 4pm so they could give us partial refund- they deducted one night (at a higher rate that what we had originally booked for) and cleaning charges and taxes. We had originally booked the property at different rate but their invoice shows more and in total they deducted double/night. We were rushed and kicked out basically. It was a horrible vacation of my life and Never Ever we are doing any VRBO booking. We are eligible for a full refund and I will contact lawyer soon for this.

The cabin was beautiful! It was in need of a “deep” clean (baseboards were very dusty. Cobwebs in corners. ). Otherwise the house was clean. My bed was comfy. The views were awesome! The grill was not good. It was a grill like you would find at a park. It was very small and the hole it was in was way to big so the grill wobbles. Not something you want to deal with when cooking The location was close to town and there is so much to do! We stayed at Pinecone Lodge. I would definitely recommend it!!

We were a pretty big group... the house was awesome.. plenty of room.

Property was within 15 min of all major Pigeon Forge attractions and 30 min of Gatlinburg. Home was clean and comfortable.

The property was easy to rent and questions were answered promptly.

Cabin allows for the feel of being i. The Smokies but location is in close proximity to the strip at pigeon forge and to gatlinburg, that you’re able to enjoy those places as well

Beautiful very spacious and relaxing cabin with all amenities. The dishwasher did not work so we had to purchase dish soap and wash dishes. Other than that it was the best cabin ever. We had a lot of fun.

Kitchen was infested with cockroaches, the cabin was infested with other bugs from ticks and other bugs! They didn't leave enough trash bags for the amount of people they knew was staying there was no soap to wash dishes, not enough toilet paper or paper towels!! Worst cabin we have ever stayed in with our family..they sent pest control but never showed up till after 3 yesterday when we had all these problems the first night! Also sent us tickets we never go to us bc we never got them till late afternoon the last night we were there!! Overall would not recommend this cabin to anyone!! Downstairs tub looked like it had a Crack in it to

The mattresses on both beds in the basement needs to be replaced. The living room furniture is showing wear and tear. The location is perfect and the cabin was clean. Just a few new upgrades would be nice,

This cabin had everything we need for our couples trip. Loved the balcony and hot tub. Will book again.

The property manager was wonderful to work with. I rated the cabin a 4 instead of 5 because the back deck needs a really good cleaning and updating of cushions. Also, we had planned on grilling some and the cabin needs a new grill. The coal grill is less than desirable and is rusting out. The area is wonderful and the cabin is close to a lot of fun places. The cabin has plenty of room and is really nice. We were also able to fit 3 trucks for parking.

cabin was very nice and comfortable and within a few minutes of everything would stay there again.
