The loft was a great place to stay-very clean, well supplied and within walking distance of downtown Franklin. David and Deen were wonderful hosts and we would not hesitate to rent their loft again in the future.

We loved the proximity to downtown! We walked to dinner, shopping and the carter house tour. Beautiful loft with everything you need!

Dean and David were very gracious hosts. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I. It was a 7 minute walk to the conference I was attending at the 4th Avenue Church of Christ and downtown restaurants. All of the amenities were above expectations and we loved where it was located. I will definitely stay here again.

David and Deen (the owners) go to lengths to make this a perfect property when visiting Franklin. Their desire to be great hosts shines through at every encounter. Perfect location. Under 5 min walk to old town Franklin. Beautiful neighborhood. Spotless and shiny clean. Beautifully decorated. Completely supplied with all supplies one needs for a multi day stay. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at this loft in Franklin. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, cozy and quiet. It was very well appointed with everything we needed to help make our stay enjoyable. The icing on the cake was our hostess, Deen, who graciously welcomed us and made us feel at home. We would definitely return!!!

The loft was absolutely lovely! Our host was there to greet us upon arrival and gave us a quick overview of the amenities. We loved the location to town, the surrounding area, as well as the proximity to Nashville. We will definitely consider this property for future visits!

Loved my stay. The hosts were lovely and helpful. The apartment was clean, quiet, and everything you could hope for. So many nice, little touches-umbrellas in the entry, extra toiletries in the bathroom, a guide book of recommended restaurants. Very convenient to downtown. A fully stocked kitchen for cooking, although there are so many wonderful restaurants you might not want to cook! I will definitely be returning to stay😊

The location was really nice for a conference we were in town for - close to downtown and the event center without being in a crowded and noisy hotel. Lovely clean and spacious loft apartment. Parking was off the street but a bit tight for our full-size vehicle. We walked into Frankling enjoyed some qindow shopping, coffee and good food on our last day. Really a great place to stay!

What a pleasant stay we had exploring Franklin, TN. Our Vrbo was just the ticket for us. It was a quiet and comfortable stay. Lots of steps getting to our unit but beautiful inside.

The apartment was located above the carriage house in an historic district within walking distance of a great downtown area. It featured a full kitchen, a sitting area and a very nice bedroom and en suite. The hosts anticipated every need and the furnishings were charming. It was very easy to stay in contact with the hosts and they were very gracious.

From communicating with the owner to relaxing peacefully after a full day, our stay was perfect. The space is beautiful, the complete range of appliances (including washer and dryer!) were in excellent condition and the owners were genuinely and generously welcoming. The Loft is, quite simply, perfect.

David's apartment was clean, attractive, comfortable, spacious, and with walking distance of historic sites and downtown Franklin. David is personable and helpful, as well as responsive. My wife and I highly recommend his property and would stay there again when returning to Franklin.

This is our 4th time at the Loft. They set the bar for all other rentals....no other rentals meet their excellence.

If you are going to visit Franklin, stay here. Great location. Walk everywhere downtown. The biggest plus are the hosts. We had an extended stay and the hosts made us feel like family. We were sad to leave. We were truly blessed to have come across this location on VRBO. Thank you Dave and Deen.

Spacious loft apartment, more than enough room for 2 guests. Apartment was super clean and provided everything needed (full kitchen - stocked with coffee, wine, condiments, etc...; washer/dryer; 2 TVs...) Location of property is fantastic - very walkable to shops and restaurants in Franklin.

This is our second time staying at the Loft on West Main. It is in a wonderful location that is quiet, comfortable and everything you need is provided. David and Deen are the perfect hosts. Looking forward to staying here again.

I was greeted by the host who did an excellent walk thru of this beautiful property. It was tastefully decorated, had a well stocked kitchen and bath, even topped it off with a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge. I’ll never stay anywhere else in Franklin, the Logan’s know how to make you feel welcome and appreciated.

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at this property. It's fully equipped, clean, and close to downtown Franklin. We walked there several times and enjoyed viewing the beautiful homes and Christmas decorations. We will stay here again on our next trip.

From the moment of check-in to check-out, David and Dean’s beautiful loft was our home away from home. They have not left anything out when providing for guests. This wonderful 1 bedroom loft has everything we needed and if we had stayed long-term there would be nothing we would need but food. Although we didn’t prepare any meals, the kitchen has everything that is needed if we wanted to. There was a delicious bottle of wine in the fridge, coffee, tea and so much more. The washer/dryer was perfect for washing clothes mid-trip. The loft is quiet, the location is walking distance to wonderful restaurants and boutiques, and Nashville only 20 minutes away. Dean is the consummate host who greeted us when we arrived. He provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay in the area perfect. He’s a wonderful southern gentleman, friendly and generous. There is no need to look further than David and Deen’s loft when staying in Franklin. We will return.
