We had such a fantastic stay here! The house was very roomy and clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, etc. You can’t beat the location of the property, which is just across from a quiet, pristine beach. It’s in a quiet neighborhood (which we loved) but so close to the Clearwater Beach activities. We were impressed with all of the beach chairs, towels, coolers, beach cart. Everything we needed was at this house. And we enjoyed the hot tub. Thanks so much Ryan and Amy!

The place was so clean and was right across from the beach. The beach was very quiet and not crowded at all! It was the perfect place for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels (including beach towels). The hosts were very responsive and check in/out was super easy. We will definitely be back!

We needed a day at the beach to relax following a few long days at Disney/Universal. The location was perfect and we had a great time unwinding before we headed home from vacation. Would absolutely stay here again.

This house was practically perfect! Ryan and Abby have thought of everything and the house was very clean. We loved the quiet residential neighborhood and being steps from the quiet beach. Ryan was quick to reply to questions and allowed us to stay past checkout for a small fee. We appreciated the info binder and followed a few of their recommendations. Perfect break from our cold winter back home!

Within walking distance of shops and dining. Steps from the beach! Ryan very responsive and works hard to make sure you have a good time. TV is streaming only, not brighthouse cable. This presented a challenge, but we got through it as we had a couple of cold and windy days that we couldn't go to the beach. The house is the best, very clean, a home away from home!

Thank you Ryan and Amy for such an awesome stay in Clearwater Beach. We didn't really know what to expect of that area and were just delighted! It far exceeded our expectations. The house was super clean and quite lovely on a corner lot, literally 32 steps from one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. We felt comfortable as soon as we entered and had a most relaxing weekend when not attending a work conference. We walked for miles on the beach, saw some lovely sunsets and had a couple of lovely soaks in the hot tub as well. The last morning we were there we saw dolphins right off the shore! Hoping to both return with our respective families sometime in the future. Would recommend to anyone!

Lovely tranquil setting just steps from amazing beach of warm, clear water. The home is a perfect spot for a couple or a family to enjoy in a perfectly beautiful and quiet neighborhood. We look forward to visiting again as soon as possible.

House was in the perfect location so easy to cross the street right onto the beach . We wanted to be away from the crowds located closer to pier 60 and this was the perfect spot. The house was also super clean! We all said we would love to rent here again.

Ryan and his team were amazing! He was so responsive and attentive. It’s several feet away from the beach. It is in an ideal spot if you are looking to get away from the noise of life and enjoy some peacefulness; but you are also minutes away from ‘south beach’, where you can find shops, restaurants and fun activities. I highly recommend this place! You won’t be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our time at this rental. I was so impressed with the cleanliness. I also really appreciated all of the sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. that were available for us to use. The house is very close to the beach and it was super convenient to get to the beach from the house. I really loved the outdoor shower that was there. We were able to spray off all of our sand after visiting the beach. The home was in a very quiet residential area. It had a nice fence and tropical plants that helped create good privacy. I traveled with my 2 young children who are 5 and 2. They loved the house so much they asked me if we could live there forever. I would recommend this property to anyone and plan to come back again myself.

My husband and I booked this trip for our adult children and their significant others as a Christmas gift. We had a wonderful stay at 32 steps from the beach! The property was very nice, exceptionally clean and so close to an awesome beach area. We were also within walking distance of the main beach area and shops so it was easy to adventure out. The house has all the essentials needed as well as some extras. We loved that we could be on the beach within a minute but also come back for a quick break whenever we wanted. Ryan and Amy were timely and efficient in communicating all the information needed for our stay. We highly recommend this place for others consider the Clearwater beach area!

Clean and quiet neighborhood. Private beach!

Comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Very close to the beach. Literally right across the street. Lots of towels, and although the beach chairs were a little rusty, they were fine to sit on on the white sand beach. Sunsets were absolutely amazing. The house had everything you could need, except aluminum foil and plastic bags. The refrigerator has an icemaker and water dispenser, there was a coffee maker, and a toaster. And you are within quick driving distance to every restaurant type you can imagine.

The beach so close, great location!! The hot tub had so much chlorine couldn’t stay for more than 5 min and it was hard to turn off afterwards !!

We had a short stay at this amazing home and we're so sad to leave! It is the perfect place: close to a quiet area of the beach, comfortable, and relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful little house. Plenty of room for 4-6 people. Lots of little perks. Hot tub was not well cared for but manager did her best.

Property was exactly as described. These owners in my opinion go above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Although we only stayed two nights, every amenity you would need is provided. It even has a guest book to sign in!

The house / cottage was exactly what was represented. Great location and the house seemed more like we were staying at a friend's house, than a vacation rental. Thank you for all the amenities and thoughtful extras!!! My family and I definitely want to visit again!

We were two families with a 5-year-old and 3-year-old and loved the patio for eating outside, the proximity to the beach (and ability to run back to the house to use the bathroom), and proximity to restaurants. We liked being able to walk to eat and yet be away from the nightlife noise. The house was clean and well-equipped and had everything we needed for out stay.

I rented this beautiful house for 2 weeks to enjoy consecutive fall breaks with my family, and to be close to my son who is a new freshman at USF Tampa. I have rented vacation homes in the past, but this beautiful place is my favorite so far. First, the owners/management team including Abby, Jan and Eva, consistently were attentive and very kind. We had no significant issues with the house. It was spotless, nicely decorated with all resources you could possibly need including the kitchen for us as a cooking family. The outdoor gas grill was high quality and in excellent condition. There is an outdoor shed with all sorts of beach equipment for the tenant's use. The hot tub is very nice and carefully maintained. The location of the house is directly across a neighborhood street from the beach access and the beach is beautiful-great for family, and just far enough away from the busyness of the public areas. People in the neighborhood are kind and friendly and of all nationalities. They treated us like one of the neighbors. To summarize, this property satisfies and exceeds all the criteria you might dig up for the ideal on the beach, or immediately near the beach rental. The owners and management local team are kind and promptly attentive, and their high standards of wanting their guests to enjoy a beautiful place to vacation are evident as soon as you come into the house or walk around the outside on the property. As a veteran vacation home renter, I highly recommend it and hope to come back.
