The condominium was conveniently located near great snorkeling, shops, grocery venues. The unit was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Access to a grill was a bonus and facilitated great meals in the unit. The property management group was phenomenal and always close by and ready to help. Can’t wait for our next trip!

We stayed here as a family for our spring break this year and absolutely fell in love with it! The accommodations are excellent, comfortable and very nice size for the islands. The views and sunsets were just as great. The beach here and the snorkeling right out front is amazing as well.. to top it off the staff here are very friendly and accommodating. We love Cayman and we love this place.. We will be back!

This was our first trip to Cayman, we hopped off the plane and a quick walk across the street to Andy's and picked up our rental car. We were a little concerned about the whole driving on the left side of the street but it turned out to be no problem at all. Upon our arrival we were greeted by Miss Ollie and Miss Annrose, they went over a few things showed us a map of the island and told us to enjoy ourselves, and if we needed anything to be sure to come and see them, they would answer any questions and or concerns. Walking into the unit it was clean and refreshing, the view off the balcony was simply breathtaking. You not only get a view of the lovely swimming pool but also of the open waters for as far as the eye can see. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen with pots and pans, dishes and utensils, we also discovered the owner has a drawer with little odds and ends that one may have forgotten to pack such as batteries, aspirin and even a needle and thread which came in handy to me on our trip. There is also laundry in the unit which is great to throw in wet clothes at the end of the day after swimming and snorkeling. My husband did quite a bit of snorkeling which you can walk right out of the condo onto the beach and walk right in the water to do so and not have to get on boat. On our first morning we were surprised by Jerian an employee at Discovery Point Club with a couple of fresh coconuts and some straws to drink the juice. The view off the balcony is amazing for the morning sunrise as well as in the evening for the sunset, Just Gorgeous. They have cute little huts with lawn chairs to sit out on the beach and relax with a good book . There is so much to see and do from the turtle farm to swimming with the dolphins, to Stingray City to a peaceful walk thru the Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Garden or just taking a drive to the end of the Island to Rum Point. Local grocery stores or shopping in general are not far from the condo in either direction. We hope to return soon and will definitely be staying in unit #46.

On our second trip to Grand Cayman, my husband and I spent the first week of December at Discovery point, unit #46. We wanted a condo far enough North along Seven Mile Beach to be away from the more crowded Georgetown area. We rented a car for the week that Discovery Point assisted with; it was very reasonable in price, even meeting us at the airport to obtain the vehicle and process the paperwork. The complex itself is on a beautiful stretch of beach, and very well maintained. There was never an issue finding a spot at either the beach or pool and there were plenty of beach towels. Overall, the complex is peaceful and relaxing. Unit #46 is on the 3rd floor (top) with a beautiful view of the pool area and the beach beyond. Everything about the unit is first class with granite countertops and top-notch appliances and furnishings. All the TVs and electronics were also excellent. We have stayed at a different complex at Grand Cayman, and the amenities offered at this unit go so far beyond what you will typically find at a rental it is difficult to list them all. From the quality of the provided dishware and linens, to the smaller things like having a few baggies or rubber bands that one might forget to pack, we were impressed. My husband and I rarely visit the same area within a country, or the country itself twice; we have never stayed at a resort or condo more than once. Grand Cayman is so nice we are making an exception for this unit and have already booked a return trip for #46.

Clean, friendly on the beach - walk out & snorkel. Great lanai - watched July 4th fireworks from there. Saw the moonlight over the water & beautiful sunsets. Beach is clean.

Well run and maintained property at the northern end of SMB. Comfortable, quiet, well equipped condo. Would highly endorse staying here without reservation

We just got back from our trip to Grand Cayman. It is our 3rd trip in the last 5 years and our first stay at Discovery Point Club. We really liked everything about it. The layout and the patio/view was just awesome. We are avid snorkelers and the location worked really nice for us since you can see good habit right outside your own door on 7 Mile Beach without needing to jump on a boat. Grand Cayman is really such a nice and easy place for kids to get use to snorkeling from shore. The Discovery Point Club is on the northerly end of 7 Mile Beach so it is a little quieter and provides the perfect separation from the busyness that comes with the larger hotels and the cruise ship drop-off locations. We have used VRBO for the last 10+ years and I have to say this is by the far the easiest/most helpful owner I have ever worked with. You can truly tell they want you to have a great time and are extremely helpful and responsive with any questions you might have. We will for sure be back.

Cayman is an exceptionally beautiful, friendly island and this condo was just perfect for our family of 5 plus the grandparents. Upon arrival the condo was absolutely immaculate (and I'm really picky to put it mildly) and fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans and utensils you could need. Huge plus having a laundry in the unit to throw all the wet suits into at the end of the day and there was even detergent for us! Beds were super comfy. The screened in porch - so lovely and peaceful to have breakfast out there each morning enjoying the wonderful view. The staff at Discovery Point were friendly and responsive. One afternoon one of the staff climbed one of the coconut trees and treated us all to fresh coconut juice! The kids loved being able to go easily between the pool and beach and I loved how there were ample lounge chairs and shade huts on the beach. It's a vacation when everything is just easy!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this unit in Grand Cayman. I, along with my co-pilot, flew a group of individuals to the island for four days of relaxation. Everything, I must say, was outstanding. Ollie Ebanks was very accommodating. She had no problem with our late arrival and was extremely helpful when I needed to make a call back to the U.S. to coordinate our customs arrival. The unit is very clean, equipped with everything I could ask for, and quiet. I appreciate the quiet, along with my sleep, more and more the older I get! My youngest child, age fifteen, says that I wake-up from the slightest of noises and I had no such interruptions while staying at your place. Again, thank you for allowing us to stay at your place! It was wonderful! I’d like to get my wife to Grand Cayman in the future and when I do I’ll certainly try and stay at this condo.

My family of 5 adults stayed here over Thanksgiving week and had a wonderful time there. It is large enough that everyone had personal space. The condo is obviously loved, given the nice finishes in the updated bathrooms and the well equipped kitchen. It was conveniently located just north of the hotel strip; very quiet and the beach/pool is never crowded--no chair hogging! The condo staff takes pride in the care of the condo and the grounds--impeccably kept. You will not be disappointed. Great snorkeling just off the beach. The sunsets were amazing! There is a Foster's grocery store about a 1/2mi north for most items; if you prefer organic, go to KIRK'S near the airport. Hell and the Turtle Farm are a short drive north.

We loved everything about the condo unit and extremely happy and helpful staff. The condo was clean, well-supplied, and beautiful views of ocean, beach, and pool. There were no disappointments at all. As we planned the trip, the owners were prompt with answering questions and guiding us for our vacation. We would highly recommend the property and hope to return next year! Helpful hints...food is amazing everywhere, buses are cheaper than taxis (no need to rent car), Turtle Farm is great for children, and beach at Discovery Point is quiet, relaxing, and no one is fighting for space (lounge chairs, huts, etc).

First time in this unit- our favourite! (3rd trip to DPC and 4th to GC) for the two of us. Outstanding views, spacious, extremely clean and well laid out condo. Better bed than our own! We rarely cook but the kitchen was fully stocked with a full selection. The condo felt like home not a rental and the quality of the furnishings and artwork was lovely. The cleaning staff at DPC work tirelessly and the units reflect their efforts with the daily maid service ( except Sundays). We are not pool people but love the on site snorkelling and walk to cemetery beach. Even saw a moray eel out front one day. Parking is easy, many spaces available. On site managers Ann Rose and Ollie remain, as always, professional, engaging and helpful. Location is fantastic for us- quiet end of 7m but close (5km or 3 miles ) to the restaurants etc of Camana bay in our rental car or less than 5 min from grocery store and restaurants in West Bay.

Our unit was lovely and probably as good as they get in that stretch of beach. My biggest complaint is that the complex is right on the road (as are most of the accomodations on 7 mile beach). I did ask about road noise when booking as was told it was quiet. I would not say that. If you want the master bedroom windows open you will hear cars whizzing by all day and night. They have installed a sound machine (bad sign). Again, this is not unique to this unit so if you are booking anything on 7 mile beach or Discovery Point this will be an issue. Personally, I would not stay there again. My husband and I chose to stay in the middle room which was like a cave to avoid the noise. It had a window that opened up to the other building. My idea of a tropical vacation is to be able to have the windows open at night. Just my opinion. Comparing it to Turks and Caicos which we did last year, I would say that T & C beach is MUCH nicer as were our accommodations..but food is MUCH better in Cayman. Walking on the beach (which we did everyday) was much easier in T & C (larger and not as sloped). Also, although Discovery Point is away from the Cruise ships, the whole vibe along the south part of the beach is crowded and overwhelmed by the ships. Just kind of surprised....Bottom line, it's not Hawaii...

Two of us ventured to grand Cayman for 9 days of diving. We wanted to stay on 7 mile beach, away from the "general hotel public" but close enough to be apart of the nightlife and activities. We were fortunate to find Discovery Point and the best unit, top floor, amazing view, #46. The Pictures are spot on. The Condo was immaculate! The daily service of cleaning, fresh towels, 24 hour towel exchange and Dive gear rinse area were amazing. The beach is private with a great, large pool and steps to snorkeling. less than 5 minute drive to the local market, this is a huge market and great. Minutes from local restaurants and delivery is an option as well. If you are looking for a clean, large, nice place to stay on 7 mile beach, this is the place. #46 is the only unit I would stay at. In fact, if this is not available next tip, my dates will change in order to stay here! Much thanks to Ollie and Ann Rose who are on top of our every need and on the premises.

This was our first trip anywhere in the Caribbean and we started planning 8 months in advance. We wanted a nice, but affordable place to stay in Grand Cayman so I did a lot of research prior to selecting a condo. I am not sure how we were so blessed to pick the perfect place! The condo is EXACTLY as pictured, is very accommodating and felt homey the minute we walked in. There were fresh flowers on the counter when we arrived...such a nice touch! There are so many little extras included with this condo. For example, there is that drawer that we all have at home that has miscellaneous items. Wow! the Gorilla Glue came in very handy! There was nothing we needed that was not found in this condo. Also, this unit has a washer and dryer that is not available in all units. I've always been one of those that thought -- "oh, I'm not going to do laundry...I'm on vacation." Trust me, the stinky swim suits, swim shirts and cover-ups need a frequent washing! The view from this unit is breathtaking. There is definitely an advantage to an end unit. We rented it as a 2BR as my husband and I had two 20 years olds with us. I would definitely recommend renting a car as this is at the northern end of Seven Mile Beach. But we liked that it was away from the major hubbub of the cruise ship "traffic". Besides, you need a car if you want to explore other parts of the island on your time. You would be amazed how many miles we put on our rental car for no bigger than the island is! There are amazing places all over the island. One of our favorite things to do is snorkeling and there was good snorkeling right outside the property and it was a short swim to Cemetery Beach and Reef. We found Cemetery Beach and Reef to be our favorite snorkel spot. The management team was very kind, professional and friendly. We just couldn't be any happier with our condo...and if we're ever fortunate enough to get to return to Grand Cayman, our dates will be determined by when this unit is available. There is no other place we would stay. A very big thank you to the owners for sharing this condo and many thanks to Miss Annrose and the rest of the people who make this property so beautiful and inviting.

This is a wonderful condo complex and this unit is perfect! The third floor deck has a stunning view- a great place to have breakfast and coffee and soak in the beauty. The owners have outfitted the unit with everything you need for a home away from home and they really care about ensuring that your stay goes well. Everything in the unit is clean, comfortable and very nice. The pool, jacuzzi, and beach here are clean and well-maintained and very inviting. The staff in the office are very helpful. The complex is far enough north on Seven Mile beach to be away from the hub-bub of Georgetown, but you can easily jump on a bus right out front to get into town easily. And the snorkeling right in front of the condo is great, with even better snorkeling at Cemetery reef just a short swim up the beach. I can't wait to go back and I would recommend this spot to anyone!

After staying in Grand Cayman for many years and enjoying . So we put our faith in the managers of the DPC (Ollie and Annrose). They immediately suggested this unit and assured us we would be happy and impressed. Impressed is not the proper description!! Outstanding view aside, this unit had everything that was advertised and much, much more. This unit was like home.....minus the ocean outside and the palm trees blowing in the wind. The condo was very tastefully decorated and had everything you could ever ask for. Every cooking utensil immaginable, very modern appliances, and comfortable furniture and bedding. Everything was very up to date, clean, and modern. My wife and I fell in love with the supplied "Scrabble" game for friendly nights on the screened patio listening to the ocean's waves. Sunsets are unbelievable on this upper floor unit and provide some excellent photo op's. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit, so your clothes are clean when you go home. I could go on and on and list everything this unit offered, but I know there is a character limit on this site. My wife and I expect the best when it comes to our vacations and aren't afraid to pay for it. Trust me, you won't waste your money on this unit. The entire staff will treat you like family, and , if you would ever need anything, (not in this condo) Ollie, Annrose, Diane, Barbara, etc. will take care of you. I guarantee it. Visit Grand Cayman just once, stay in this unit , and you will never want to go anywhere else. Our visit was during the second week of December 2010. I understand the owners have upgraded all the televisions since our visit and more upgrades are coming soon. It can only enhance a wonderful unit already. This condo is amazing!!

We are repeat visitors to DPC and after staying in this unit we will be requesting this unit every time. You feel right at home with all the little thoughtful amenities the owner has provided. The availability of the in unit washer and drier was a huge plus with two small children. We have stayed in first and second floor units and nothing can be said about that third floor view and privacy. My husband and I enjoyed several nights having drinks on the balcony while the children were in bed..Thank you for the use of your condo…We will be back again next year.
