Fantastic House in Palm Desert. Simple check in process. ADI is very responsive. House comfortably sleeps 8 on the beds but could sleep more on the couches if needed. Very kid friendly. Pool is amazing and clean. Close to grocery store and pharmacy. Safe neighborhood. Great golf 10 minutes away. Really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the spaciousness and the amenities. When I wasn’t at the pool I was in the massage chair. The master bedroom had the most comfortable bed. We have already booked a return trip.

We had an amazing week at this house! The house was clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable! The pool table was added fun. Due to the heat, we spent most of our time in the beautiful pool. The walk in area of the pool was super nice, especially for the grandkids! The yard was perfect for our dogs and kids - very private and spacious. All in all, this was a wonderful trip! THANK YOU!

Really enjoyed our stay. House was clean, comfortable, and just as advertised. Pool and outdoor areas were great. Kitchen was stocked with essentials. Location was convenient. Instructions were clear. All good.....

The home was perfect for our needs..We especially loved having two bedrooms with king sized beds….the family with small children were able to have the master for stretching out & bathing needs, leaving us the other king bedroom with an on suite..the other 2 bedrooms had queen beds & were lovely as well. The living room has a huge sectional couch for the whole family…the back yard was fantastic, putting green, small yard to play & the pool was wonderful! We spent most of our days in the pool & hot tub…I would absolutely recommend this property.

This was a great house with lots of space for two families - 4 adults and 4 kids. There were lots of fun things to do in and outside the house - hot tub was great and warmed up quickly, we only used the pool once as it wasn't warm out, ping pong table could use a little maintenance, and there was a nice little putting green and tether ball, as well as an outdoor firepit (we didn't use) and lots of seating. Indoors we loved the pool table. The kitchen was lovely and large but a little lacking - only one frying pan that broke, limited paper towels, no condiments or cooking supplies (just some minimal spices). The host Adi was amazing and responded to any needs we had very quickly. I've never had such an attentive host!

The house was much nicer than we expected. Great kitchen for cooking our Thanksgiving meal, big comfortable living room to fit everyone for watching the big games and plenty of space inside and out for eating. Communication with Adi was good - she was always quick to respond to questions. We will definitely stay again for our next family event. Thank you!!

This property was exactly as represented: spacious, welcoming and comfortable with that relaxing vibe. Adi, was easy to work with and very responsive to our needs. I would recommend this property to young and old alike.

My friends and I had a great time at this amazing house. It was exactly what it looked like online and even better. Very comfortable and inviting. The hosts -Adi and Lena were very accommodating and very responsive. They literally called me right away after I sent a message asking a question. I’ve never had such a great experience. The pool was great. It was too have the privacy too! Thank you so much for letting us stay in this beautiful home!

Had a great time with family at this house! Fun pool and backyard entertainment! About 10 mins from downtown la Quinta and only a few minutes from 2 large grocery stores. House was well stocked with towels and toilet paper, but they only left one paper towel roll for our four day stay so we had to buy more. Also, read the fine print! You will be charged AFTER your stay for the Utilities that you use. With include gas and electricity! I have never experienced this before with a vacation rental so it came as a surprise! My reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, house is great and nice and clean!

The house was well stocked and maintained. Had all the comforts necessary for our family gathering with my in-laws . We recommend it for family gatherings. The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids as well as indoor pool table.

The property is perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of room for all to enjoy both inside and out. Pool was perfect for little ones and spacious for the adults as well. Everything was provided in home for all cooking needs. Great place. We are already planning our next visit.

Awesome property to share with another family, layout is great for kids that sleep early so rest of party can still enjoy their time. Backyard is huge and has lots of amenities. The pool features are a bit difficult to work with the remote but luckily we didn’t need to heat as it was warm enough. Recommend a stay!

We had such a great time at this property! It was perfect for our two families. Lots of space to spread out especially outside. The pool had a shelf that was wonderful for our little kids. The property manager was also super communicative and helpful! We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again!

The pool shelf is absolutely the best for toddler and small children! The yard is so spacious with a really nice lawn area. It’s a great house!

The property was the perfect get away for my family and parents. We had four children (7,6,4 and 1) and four adults! The house had more than enough space and plenty of fun things for all ages..it was stocked with puzzles, games, and toys! We spent most of our time in the backyard which is HUGE! The pool is great for all ages and had so many pool toys to keep everyone happy! In addition to all the backyard fun and house space there is also a driveway gate which is great if you have kids. We closed the gate and the kids played basketball on the driveway there’s room to ride bikes or scooters too if you wanted! Such a great house! There was also a pack n play and booster seat which was a bonus!

We travelled as a family during COVID19 Pandemic. Wanted to visit with Grandparents/Great Grandparents that lived in the area but needed an isolated, spacious location to do so. Most restaurants were carry out only so cooking was important to this group of 7 adults and 1 child 6 years old. The property came as advertised. Lots of fun things to do right on the property: swimming pool, hot tub, ping pong, tetherball, pool table, and a putting green. Overall the house was very clean. Master suite was very spacious and quiet. 2nd Master was also large. Other 2 bedrooms were small but comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Gas stove/ovens worked great! Refrigerator had plenty of room and separate wine cooler also helped out. We used the laundry facilities and they were also in great shape. Avi the manager answered all my questions immediately through this app as well as when I needed to call her. She was also able to get us into the house a little earlier than the scheduled time. Only issues were very minor. The dishes weren't very clean so we had to wash everything before using. Also the pool/spa was hard to use at first until I figured out the remote. There were directions but they were confusing for a first time user. Lastly the pool toys were old and dated and most were not usable.

Great vacation spot, the pool and ambience is amazing. Spacious rooms and great kitching. Comfy living space with plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again!!

The property accommodated our extended family perfectly. Plenty of entertainment for 3 kids aged 3-14 and loads of space for the adults to enjoy the space comfortably. Would stay here again.

The property was perfect for us. Great yard. There needs to be a screen on the front living room window so it can be opened for a cross breeze.

This is a great place to stay. The home is well cared for, bright, clean and comfortable. The pool is really lovely and felt just right on the hot days. The fans over the outdoor table were just perfect for keeping us cool for our meals. We all enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. If you get the chance, be sure to check out Sunnylands and The Living Desert. Both really worth your while!

Everything and more than the pictures show. A beautiful house with activities for everyone. Fun guaranteed for all ages; 3 month old and 3 year old had a blast in the pool as well as their parents and grandmother! The house and yard are very well maintained. Nothing negative to say about this place!

Adi is the perfect property manager she response almost immediately whenever we need her which doesn’t happen often because the house is always in good shape when we arrive. Thanks and see you next year.
