This place overpass our expectations. The view from the balcony is amazing. The rooms are very clean, conmfy beds and the host very responsive. We will definitely stay in Jamie’s place next time in PR.

Great ocean views and when not hazy you could see the mountains. The pictures and descriptions of the place where exactly as described and was perfect for us. ESJ Towers does need some renovating though and they were doing some of that while we were there, the lobby floor had no air conditioning.

Great time, easily able to communicate and wonderful with both manager Chanda and owner Jamie if anything occurred. Very convenient with access to restaurants, shops, supermarket, CVS and rental cars. Easily accessible with convenient parking and GYM was a plus and of course the beach. Appliances all worked, great view, 2 bathrooms a plus if your traveling with friends or family. Bed mattress weren’t great but hey you make due and it serves its purpose and the sizes were great. Great closet space in all rooms. Some areas needed a bit more dusting but nothing some Lysol wipes can solve the trick which are provided. Thank you! Overall a great stay and I would come back without any hesitation! The owner and manager Chanda were extremely helpful.

Super easy check in/out process. Jamie kept in contact to make sure we had everything we need, excellent communication. Location is perfect! Nothing fancy about the unit but it served its purpose. I would return!

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, wonderful access to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Also very comfortable beds and lovely breeze from the balcony. The grocery store is within easy walking distance and has everything you need for meals in the cute kitchen. Easy access to the beach which is clean and not overcrowded. The neighborhood is bouncing back from hurricane damage so the sounds of typical city life blend with repair and maintenance crews, but it quiets down at night and the morning view of sunrise is glorious. The check in process was excellent; got an email with the apartment number and keypad code so we could get in at 1:00 am in the morning when our flight arrived. The owners are very responsive and when I asked if there was anything I needed to do before we departed, they just asked that we leave the beach gate key; no chores requested unlike many properties/owners we’ve encountered. Definitely recommend this apartment!

The property was comfortable, clean and cozy and location is walking distance to everything you need. The owners were very helpful and attentive with all correspondence and view is phenomenal! We loved it so much we already have booked for next year.

ESJ Tower is dated and no amenities but loved the fact we were right on the beach. Liked the unit even though small bathrooms. The balcony and view of the beach was wonderful. Could also see planes taking off at the airport which was fun to watch. The noise from the planes could be loud but didn't really bother us. Jamie the owner was great with instructions, directions etc.

From check-in to check-out we enjoyed every second of our stay at this property. The owners provide everything from beach towels/chairs to gated parking for your vehicle, if you should happen to have one during your stay. The private balcony offers a very nice ocean breeze if the doors are left open in the evenings; however, the a/c works perfectly to keep you cool during the day. Both bedrooms offer televisions for private entertainment. The owners are quick to respond checking on us periodically throughout our stay. The property is located right on the beach that has very mild waves(safe for children and not so strong swimmers). The night life is vibrant with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance of the property( you will never hear street noise from the 15th floor). There is also a restaurant, bar and cafe/bodega within ESJ which sells essential items if you’ve left anything at home. Access to the tower from the street is gated with a guard on duty 24/7 so safety at this location is 10/10. I have stayed at this location numerous times and would easily recommend this location to anyone I know. AFFORDABLE LUXURY. (yes, they have elevators!)

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at ESJ Towers. It was very clean and roomy. We loved watching the beautiful sunrise in the morning. It was great having the beach right outside the door. The water was beautiful and warm and we were able to take surf lessons just a few minutes walk on the beach! You could also rent jet skis and parasail right there on the beach. There was plenty to do with lots of local restaurants within a very short walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place!

We really enjoyed our stay. Chris and Jamie were very attentive and gave helpful check-in directions. The staff at the condo building were also very friendly and offered good recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time and enjoyed the security, location, and ease of the condo. Groceries were close by (walkable) and restaurants were plentiful. The beach and weather were incredible! A big change from the upper peninsula of Michigan at Christmastime. Thnak you Chris and Jamie for sharing your condo with us. We would not hesitate to do a repeat!

I rented this unit for my 2 teenage boys and I and we loved it! Great beach access, good location, great views from the balcony which gets sun in the morning and great shade in the afternoon! The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several meals. We actually enjoyed the entertainment of being able to see parts of the airport and didn’t mind the noise. Owners and Property manager were great!

Nice value. Not high end accommodations but very comfortable. Next door to the San Juan hotel which has music and a casino. Only 35 minutes to the rain forest and 10 to old San Juan. Enterprise car rental across the street but ubers are everywhere and cheap.

From the moment my family and I reserved this apartment it was a great experience. The owners Chris and Jamie were very accommodating since the beginning. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The property was just as described. The location is great and there is direct beach access as the hotel is on the beach. If you star gaze, the balcony faces east so you can watch the stars, planets, and Sun/Moon rises. If you enjoy aviation you can watch the airport activity from the 15th floor. Great view of the runways. The balcony is great at night with that special someone and some Bacardi

This property was ideal for our family. We enjoyed the separate beds, and the privacy afforded by two bedrooms. In addition the view of the ocean from the balcony was stunning. The walk to the beach was short, and we enjoyed it every day we were here. I would definitely recommend this spot for a family of four.

The owners have great communication! They addressed all of our issues in a timely manner! The unit is very spacious and clean. The bedrooms were very spacious. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The A/C worked great. You will want to take short showers, because by the 3rd shower, the water is lukewarm. The unit has plenty of clean towels and bedsheets. You will need to provide your own washcloths as they are not provided (only towels are provided). However, a call to the property manager resolved the issue for us. Washcloths were delivered to the unit in a timely manner. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, silverware, cups, plates, mugs and saucers. We couldn't find a stopper for the kitchen sink to clean the dishes (the unit does not come with an automatic dishwasher). We were able to use a big bowl as an alternative. The washer and dryer came in very handy. We were able to take clean clothes back home (a huge plus)! The building is located in a great area! It's in walking distance (less than 1 mile) to the grocery store, CVS, Cold-stone Creamery and several restaurants. We only utilized a taxi to go to the mall and for transportation in and from the airport. We found that Uber availability was very scarce for a family of 4. It was very difficult to book one. The building has it's own beach access which is awesome! The beach is very clean. The unit has beach chairs and a boogie board to use which came in handy. On the beach, you can rent an umbrella for $10 and lounge chairs for $5 each (really affordable)! We didn't use the pool. However, there's a bar and grill at the pool. The cafe had soft drinks, bottled water, chips and sandwiches for purchase. The bar is now also opened.

This was one of the best places I’ve stayed it. The location is great, the property was spacious and clean.

My girlfriend, brother and I were here for an extended trip while working remotely. The pictures do not do the apartment justice. The entire apartment is incredibly spacious. The 3 of us worked, often times all in seperate meetings at once, in the apartment without issue. The bedrooms are large each with ample closet space and comfortable beds. The balcony has incredible views of the beach and the kitchen has the best cook/dish ware of any vacation rental I've stayed at. Walk out of the apartment directly on to Isla Verde beach, Carolina Beach is a 2 minute walk away. We spent a lot of time on both, some of the best beaches in the San Juan area. The apartment also has beach chairs, towels, toys and a cooler. Checkin was incredibly easy because the building also functions as a hotel. Many of the buildings amenities opened up over the course of our stay as the local covid restrictions eased including the pool, poolside bar and cafe in the lobby. Communication with hosts was fast, they helped us out with anything we needed. Lastly, easy walking distance to restaurants, drug stores and grocery store. Highly recommend.

This property is very convenient, clean, and the balcony has an ocean view. The building is being renovated so the lobby/reception area, pool, and hallway are nice and new. There are 2 bathrooms and we loved having the convenience of a washing machine & dryer! Lots of closet space, and a cozy kitchen that's well stocked with plates, dishes, bowls, pots, pans, etc (we used toaster the oven a lot). There are 3 elevators that come often so not too much waiting to get up and down. The staff and those we met during our stay were extremely nice. The unit owners are very responsive and helpful! The beach is a long crescent shape which is nice for walks, and you can choose a place to sit that's down a little from the building. Condo is walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store, CVS, and Enterprise rent-a-car (they even picked us up on a really rainy day!). Fitness center in the garage. Towels for the beach/pool are provided by the building management. The guest closet had extra bath towels, and a boogie board and some beach chairs that we loved having (otherwise you have to rent chairs on the beach). We left behind some new beach toys for others to enjoy. We used Uber to get to Old San Juan and had no trouble with them picking us up. The beach gate closed at 7, just in time for us to walk back along the beach from dinner. We look forward to coming back some time and exploring more of the island and its beaches!
