Love the pool location our villa had everything perfect for our stay

The unit was very comfortable, the bed was nice and we had all we needed. Check-in was a hassle, but once we were in we really liked it.

The photos of this unit in no way depict the current state. The furniture was broken (lamps, decorative pieces) and scratched (tables), all surfaces were dirty (inside of cupboards were grimy and covered in crumbs) bedside tables were stained and dusty, grout in the bathrooms was dirty, the windows were filthy to the point you could barely see out of them and the curtains were stained and very dirty. We were extremely unimpressed and when we contacted the property manager to ask her to see it, or to put us in another unit she responded slowly, sent a cleaning team in for 20 min which did not address the larger problem and advised that in giving us extra towels and linens she had addressed our problems. Do not stay in this unit. Many other units on the property which would be nicer.

Great location on ground floor with the pool right out back. Lots of space inside including a nice kitchen. The resort has everything you need.

Loved our stay at the spa villas at la Quinta resort and spa! Great set up and easy for the family to have fun.

We love tennis and this location is great to enjoy La Quinta. Although it costs extra it is well worth it!

We love this resort! Great place to stay! Upon arriving we did have problems with the main toilet, it wouldn’t flush. We didn’t call the property manager because there was another bathroom in the unit and we didn’t want to be bothered with someone coming in while we were either away or resting (we work a a lot). We also had an unexpected visitor from the property management company come in while we were eating lunch, he used his passcode to enter, not good. Overall we will be back, booking was easy, we received texts from the manager with updates. The maintenance stuff and the accidental entry was minor and easy to fix.

This property is just steps away from the tennis center at La Quinta Resort. The pool was just outside the across our patio. The location was perfect.

This was our third stay at this property. We had another wonderful trip! Perfect location at the resort. We found parking right in front the unit, so convenient to load/unload. Pool is right out the back door. Looking forward to future stays.

Hands off property management, clean property, great location, well stocked kitchen, comfortable.

The room was in a great location, with an easy walk to the tennis courts, restaurants and main square. It was also adjacent to the small pool and hot tub, making it easy for the kids to go back and forth. The place was clean, except for the ants in the kids bathroom sink area, but we have stayed at the hotel property before and I believe that is a common issue with many of the La Quinta Resort rooms. Overall, a very nice place for a getaway, and we would book it again.

Great location. Enjoyed the outdoor seating areas (2). Functional kitchen and comfortable space.

The experience was positive. A/C was good. Only complaint was the lack of water pressure and water volume in the master shower (we never used the hall shower)

Convenient location in near the Spa and Tennis Courts.

Been coming to this resort for decades and love it. This unit is centrally located but needs attention. Dirty curtains, leaky faucets, stained upholstery, ripped lampshades and a lot of wear. Bed was also uncomfortable. Budget friendly and good for families but you get what you pay for.

Great location and enough space for my husband, two year old and I. Love the La Quinta Resort grounds and pool was right there! Would absolutely rent again.

Absolutely loved the vibe! Might consider adding a juicer, BBQ, and popcorn maker, lol. Truly relaxing, didn't want to leave! We'll be back, thank you 😎

Enjoyed our great little getaway. Patio facing pool great for morning work out. Side patio good for coffee and breakfast in morning. Lived our stay. We'll be back.

This was a great location for staying at LaQuinta....right on the border of the actual hotel property and close walking distance to everything. Nice pool and patios. Would definitely stay here again and thank you!

The unit was okay to stay in for a few days but it needs some maintenance done to it. It was surprising to find there was a water leak under the kitchen sink but property mgmt knew about it already. Other plumbing issues for leaking water from faucets handles and master shower are there. The master bath door squeaks bad. The master bath toilet runs water all the time. The ants in the kitchen are annoying. You can’t leave out a crumb and all these ants are all over the counter. The kitchen is not well stocked with stuff so bring your own favorite cooking items and especially silverware like teaspoons. I was constantly washing up the amount provided. The master bed is kinda firm and I ended up with a lot of body aches.

It is out dated. Most faucets are leaking water. Water coming out underneath of kitchen sink.

We have been to this Spa villa a number of times, and particularly this unit before as well. When we truly need a place to relax this is one of our favorite places to go. This unit is clean, furnished comfortably and has two bathrooms. The Spa villa has beautiful pools and landscaping, is close to Old town La Quinta, as well as many desert trails for hiking. We appreciated the full kitchen ( as we love to do our own cooking), so a few more cooking utensils would be helpful. But overall a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Overall the size and location of the property was great as we have stayed at La Quinta many times. The only issue we faced was that the TVs were out for 24 hours due to an issue with Spectrum (it was fixed). Also there were ants in the kitchen, but I know that is part of being at the desert. Other than that, the property serviced our needs and we would stay there again!

We’ve been here before and the owners have done such a wonderful job keeping the property maintained and cleaned. We had a very relaxing stay and hope to come again!

Let me just start off by saying, this was my first visit with you and definitely not my last! There are a few areas, behind the bathroom doors and under the air vents that could use an additional cleaning, but overall - great experience! I will be back soon!

We loved our stay. The back door would not open, so need some maintenance. We stayed an extra day, till Monday, and noticed the bedroom AC kept Turing off during the evening. It seemed to be programmed for only weekend guests. That was a little tough given the heat outside. Had to adjust it all night.
